Attempts to resolve this issue with this company have proven futile. If an exchange, I would like a prepaid return label for me to ship the incorrectly sized item to them and then I would like the correctly sized item sent to me. I ordered a package on Wednesday 13th Dec I also paid for two day shipping which based on eta provided in checkout was Monday 18th. The seller said she delivered the package on Friday, **** said they have not received the package even as of now 20th Dec, Im leaving the country for a few weeks tomorrow morning and I wont be able to call Im trying to resolve this issue. The seller has not responded to my emails, she wont start a claim and it does not allow me to do so without seller information and Im fearful that if they are able to recover the package at a later date delivering it to my door I wont return from my trip and it still be there. Like many others I purchased two dresses from Naked Wardrobe. They were two small so I sent them back within their return policy timeframe. I paid for shipping to send the items back with a tracking number to prove they received them in November 24, 2023. I still have not received my refund, which they promise within **** days you will receive your refund. The items still had the tags on them and I shipped them back in all original packaging. There is no excuse for me not to have my refund. It is now December 18, 2023, still no refund after I emailed to check when I was getting it and was promised since I provided a tracking number they could process my refund faster. I dont know how this place is still in business after they have stole so many other clients money. They have so many negative reviews. I wish I would have seen these before I bought from this company. I will never buy again from Naked Wardrobe. They are the most horrible company ever.Initial Complaint

I place my order with Naked Wardrobe on 11/24/23 for one item priced at $56.54 and I was informed that the product would be shipped within 4-7 days. Despite understanding potential delays, there has been an alarming absence of any meaningful communication regarding the status of my order. Despite reaching out via email multiple times, the responses received were automated and offered no substantive updates on the situation. The last communication, addressing me as "Doll," vaguely assured me of an update within 48 hours. However, as of today's date, 12/11/2023, my order status reflects as "completed" in the portal, yet I have not received the product or any responses to the numerous emails sent. This lack of customer responses and hiding behind Technoloy is disgraceful. I have no way of tracking the order since a shipping carrier or tracking information was never provided. Hello, On November 3, I purchased two items of clothing from Naked Wardobe. A liquid suede bootcut pant ($98) and a liquid suede turtleneck top ($72). I returned the former because it didn't fit properly, and also, the material appeared to have a "peeling off" effect that I didn't like.I returned the item via **** on Nov. 13. I paid $8.45 to ship the package back to the address Naked Wardrobe cited on its website for returns:**************************************************** 91324-3331 ** According to ****, Naked Wardrobe received the return on Nov. 17 (tracking # ******************************).I reached out to them three times regarding my refund. I purchased a set from them on 9/22/2023. The set was too small so I returned the item. Per their website it takes up to 14 business days to refund my money. The item I bought arrived damaged. I contacted customer service, who asked for photos. They offered to send me a replacement, but when I accepted they completely stopped answering my emails. I had order an dress on July 4, 2023 and paid ***** for priority mail. I received an email saying they drop the item on July 5th, 2023. I called the **** and was told differently they said my item was drop off on July 6, 2023 and they selected standard shipping but if they would have selected priority mail i would have my item here today july 7th, 2023. I just want item cancel and ALL of the money back in full and an apology letter because I shop all the time on this site and yes they drop the ball. I am not happy.
