I ordered a hair dryer with Amazon Buy with Prime that indicates you have 30 days from delivery, which expired yesterday as I have no way to return it. I followed the return process but when I enter my email or order number it states, "Enter a valid email or order number." Both are valid as order number ********* is listed on the attached document and all correspondence regarding the order were sent to the email they are indicating is not valid. I have sent an email to the Amazon merchant, multiple emails to FHI, and left multiple messages as nobody has returned my call. The only feedback I received was an email from customer service regarding a *** request that isn't applicable with ****** Buy with Prime. They have made it impossible to return. I placed an order for the Innovator The Polisher Pro Air Drying Brush on September 2, 2024 and have yet to receive it. Ive called the company only to hear a message for each option I selected to leave a message. I have also sent two emails and completed the online form. I was sent this brush out of the blue from FHI Heat through TikTok (I guess). I am rarely on TikTok and have never visited this companys page or have I ever seen a post about it. Frankly, I have no clue who this company is. In my opinion, this was a tactic to add an unrealistic review of the product. Well, since they sent it to create a false review, here is mine. I have dreadlocks and do not use a brush such as this on my hair. So that in itself shows that this was sent to create false reviews. This was uncomfortable to have a random item sent to my home. NONE of my personal info is on TikTok, so this was extremely invasive.Business Response

I purchased a hair dryer from FHI heat and received 12/14. I was unhappy with the product and immediately contacted customer service (because they have a 14 day policy) to return the dryer and they require you to have an RMA number, which THEY are supposed to provide. Their RMA questionnaire does not function (you can't type on it). I tried from three devices. I tried calling several times and no one ever answered. I emailed, and messaged multiple times. I have seen similar issues from customers on social media. No one has been able to contact their customer service. I would like to return my product to receive a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered an FHI flat iron over 2 weeks ago and have not gotten an update regarding delivery. Have tried daily to call and email customer service with no response to email and unable to get a hold of a customer service representative despite countless attempts. Money has been taken out of my account for the flat iron. I would just like to know delivery status. Ordered a blow dryer from them earlier in the year with no issue. I placed an order for two hair brushes and detangling spray for $55.71 on 11/17/23. Later that night a shipping label was created with a tracking number provided. No other information has been provided to me. Ive called twice, both times during business hours. Each time I called it said they were unavailable and to leave a voicemail. Made my order on November 17th for order number FHI96735. Shipping label was created but the items havent moved from the ********** address showing on the shipping information. It has been 2 weeks since purchase. I have emailed and tried to call the company and all I get is the mailbox is full and try again later. Very disappointed in this. I would like the products I paid for and to have someone reach out to me.
