    I, like other people on this feed, am now being charged a recurring $20 a month fee from ****************************** out of my bank account. This is a deceptive charge that I did not approve and I want to be refunded $20 and I want my "subscription" disconnected from their site. I went through an online portal saying I could cancel, in the end it said to check my email because it would email me a cancellation link but no such email ever arrived.

    1. The site provides false information about the ownership of my home. When I complained they were unwilling to correct their false record. Due to their false records I keep recieving mail addressed to a person who has no connection with me or my home.2. They advertise access to their website for $1 using a credit card. However this is a scam because they then attempt to fraudulently make a monthly charge of $20.

    This recurring charge would have been noticed and cancelled on our account if the name of the charging company wasnt ever so slightly different preventing any reoccurring charges to be flagged. ******

    I requested a supposedly free property search and was charge $1 admin fee. No it appears I am getting a $20/month recurring fee. I did not sign up for this service. ********************************** was the website and ************** is the billing name on my credit card.

    propertyreported.com programmatically signed me up for a monthly $28.95 recurring payment after I used the site on November 11. 2023. I didn't request this, it was done to me.

    The business propertyrecords.com gets you a property report (it wasn't helpful). It says you will be charged $1.00 for your first report. It isn't clear that you are agreeing to a monthly charge of $28.95. I logged a complaint in April with my bank. I was charged $28.95 on April 29th and again today at May 28th. I called and was told I had to officially cancel the membership. They agreed to pay me a refund for 5/28 but I still have $28.95 from 4/29 for which I would like a refund.The website is very deceiving. Thank you.

    I believed I was entering into a $1 one time transaction on my home records on propertyreps.com. That $1 was posted followed by $6.95 that following day. The following two months I was charged $9.95 I called the company at ************. The employee said I had done two searches is why I was billed $9.95 for those two months. This is untrue, this company is running a scam that I caught at $19.90 and they will not reimburse me for. What they are doing is fraud, even though it isnt a large amount of money per person, the sum of the peoples money being lost to this scam warrants the BBB to get involved.

    Like so many other customers, I believed I was entering into a $1 one time transaction. Then I was charged a monthly fee. This company has so many complaints. It is set up as nothing but a scam. I called. The employee said the account would be canceled. How can I trust this scam business to stop using my information. I want my monthly fee refunded. Why isn't this criminal and this scam business shut down?
