vvvvI canceled my so-called subscription with UF before the thirty-day "free trial" expired. I did so from my now closed proton Mail account. Nevertheless, incomplete disregard, of my request, UF billed me $49.80 on June 4. When I received my statement from Discover, I immediately disputed the charge. It appears that Discover has reversed the temporary credit that they gave me. Making matters worse, you criminals at UF, again in total disregard of my having canceled my "subscription, have had the unmitigated chutzpah to bill me again for an additional $49.80 on July 4. I suppose you fraudulently billed me an additional $49.80 this month, August 4. What the hell does it take for you to understand the word "NO"! I will dispute the 7/4 and 6/4 charges with Discover. And, I am referring this matter to both the California Attorney General's Office and to the USPS Fraud Section. I urge you to mitigate the penalties you are sure to receive by refunding me the three (3) fraudulent charges of $49.80 immediately. I canceled during the 30 day grace period, as stated in my email, because I had abandoned trying to buy a foreclosed home and signed a one-year lease renewal with my landlord.
