    I have no idea whats going on with the website Ive order a product almost 3 days ago which NEVER came. Im trying to log into my account and nothing is happening. Also the website says that they are only open from 3am-3pm even if I go on the website between those specific times they say they have no products available. I am NOT able to get in contact with customer service whats so ever & I have already paid thru my ACH link. I am a loyal customer and am very upset with this because there isnt even an explanation of why I didnt receive my products, no refund, and also no one can be reach thru customer service?

    I ordered a specific brand of product, they contacted me and said the one I ordered was unavailable and asked to change it to one of a different color. I asked them to verify that it was the same brand and they said that it was. When the delivery person said they were on their way I asked them to verify that it was the correct brand. They ignored the question. They then delivered an incompatible product from a different brand. What they delivered is wrong and unusable for the purpose I ordered it. I texted the delivery person within a minute of receiving the incorrect item. No response. I contacted customer service to get a refund and to have them come back for the incorrect item. Theyve failed to do anything. They keep saying theyre working on it and that I can take 24-48hrs. Its been almost a week and I still dont have my money back. It seems like theyre just kicking the can down the road hoping I give up so they can just keep my money. Sadly I tipped the delivery person and probably wont get that back either. Their F rating is accurate and well deserved.

    This customer paid for his delivery purchase in cash. A refund was approved and our customer service team reached out to coordinate his refund, as the refund would have to be in cash. The customer was not responsive to our communications to coordinate the refund. The customer may reach out to our customer service team or respond to our previous communications to coordinate the refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is false. They did not contact me to initiate the refund I contacted them repeatedly to request the refund and for them to pickup the incorrect and unwanted product they delivered. Eventually they did arrange for pickup of the incorrect product and delivery of my cash refund but it took several days of me contacting them and following up. To suggest that it was an easy process or that I was unresponsive is ridiculous. The issue has been resolved.
