  If there was a 'Minus' Five Stars, that would be the rating I would provide. There is Zero effort on Cash Apps **************** to wish to provide the customer with any information whatsoever. They all read from the same script and get into trouble if they were to need to consult with their department manager. Cash App terminated my account and "Refuse" to tell me why. I've made several attempts to find out the 'why' my account was terminated. They tell me to fill out a form to check my account, then I receive a form email saying they have done what they could. And that if I wished to receive more information, to complete another form, which I have done several times and all you do is go in a circle. They flat out refuse to be of any help I would not recommend their app for anyone. The most terrible service I have ever received.

  Cash app does not actually investigate fraudulent transactions or refund customers. Their app glitched and double charged me for a $300 purchase and they never took accountability and refused fed me my money. It was my first and last time ever using them. Its garbage. I have never had issues like this with ****** or Venmo.

  I've told them multiple times I was charged $75.85 for a product I liked when all I was informed by Elegant Home Furnishings that the item would cost me $12+ change. I even mentioned to them that I purchased the item on 3/17/25 and I did NOT received it and it is now 4/22/25. They keep denying my dispute and closing the case.

  Horrendous..They copy and paste the same Prompts regardless what you say to them. They don't bother to read anything you say. If you call they just hang up on you. Nothing but offshore crooks.

  Had 188 in my goals for new tires transferred it to my savings and only 10 successfully transferred.. Missing 178 dollars. They said I spent it and for a Fact I Did Not!! So now I'm out money!!! NEVER USING CASH APP EVER AGAIN

  I've used cash app for years. Had some problems at first. But. If anybody wants to dispute a transaction you made and maybe you did not receive your order. You are denied your refund. Cash app does not back up the customer. In the years I've used ********************** i have submitted 3 disputes requesting them to return my money from the company i made the purchase from. All 3 were denied. Within 2 to 3 days. They don't do a investigation not one bit. I'm not letting up on them this time. It due to all the people I know that have cash app. I asked if anybody ever filed a dispute through cash app. Boy did I hit a nerve. Just about everybody came back with they'll deny you.. that quick. It sound to me that cash app should be ran out if the United States of America for their lack of concern for their customers. I'd vote to kick them out. They are useless in my book. Take your money but don't rock the boat. They write their own rules. They need to find out that don't fly here I'm the ***. KICK THEM OUT. Deny them access to the USA market. They fold real quick. Anybody with me. Let's do it.

  I like cash app as it is convenient but their customer service is horrible, they act like they want to help you but they don't. They tell you one thing and then lie about it like it's not in the chat to be screen shotted. Also, they provide no resolution to any problem regarding funds being taken or pending. They do whatever they want and use their CS chat as a smoke screen for help.

  I have a computer! I paid over $600 for an apple computer I got internet at $75 dollars a month ! I am ready to do online business! I needed to send crypto currency so opens an account in cash app. No can do! Need a phone to do the transaction! Another $500 dollars so I splurged and that phone crashed after 35 days. Why can you not use a computer to by bitcoin on Cash app? Try and call support waste of time! never got an agent! Everything is robot and stupid and will not listen to humans!

  I had an issue with a company that uses Afterpay. They sided with the company based upon my claim of not receiving services. Also, they wanted me to violate HIPAA and send my medical records to them regarding why I could not get the service also informed them that the person is not a medical doctor so if my doctor says that I could not get the procedure done, why would you still tell me I have to pay this Amount when Ive clearly stated that and didnt want to disclose my medical paperwork. The way they do afterpay policies for business owners. They shouldnt even be allowed to still charge a client an amount if there is documentation provided from the doctor. This was a service scheduled to be completed in May. Its not like I had a tangible item.

  I have submitted the required documents to have my last name changed multiple times. They have changed my last name in one area of their app but not another. I have contacted them on multiple occasions since, they tell me to submit the same information again. They already have it, therefore, I'm not submitting it again.These people act like they want to help, then ask for the same information you already provided after you have taken the time to tell them you already submitted it.I have been scammed through their app & was not made whole by them, just sorry about your luck & be more careful next time.I will use Venmo from now on.
