- NO REFUNDS / ALL SALES FINAL: I understand that there are NO REFUNDS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you need to RESCHEDULE to a later date, you must provide 24 hours' notice before your original reserved time, and you may retain your original ride credit for up to two years. In the event of riding park closures, you will be permitted to reschedule your ride to a future time when the riding park is open; still, there are no refunds. YOU WILL GET YOUR FULL RIDE TIME: SunBuggy ensures our clients always get their full ride time. Any time lost due to unforeseen delays or breakdowns is only compensated with additional ride time; there are still no refunds. Please be sure to allow adequate time when scheduling your day for us to provide you with your whole experience.
SUBSTITUTIONS: If a specific model of rented vehicle is either not available or not suitable for the rider a substitution vehicle may be provided. The difference in cost for the substituted vehicle is at the discretion of SunBuggy and the responsibility of the renter. - Business Categories
