            UV3 will find any way to get out of their warranty. Purchased this on our living room set which is leather. Loveseat, couch and tables from Kanes.Submitted the warranty information to be contacted by Guad(the "manager"). The warranty states they cover accidental 1 time tears. My wife accidentally sat down on the couch for a hour or two with keys in her pocket, causing tearing of the seat cushion. I reported very shortly after.Guad, is stating that since it is not a complete tear it is not covered. This is tearing of the leather. If you scratch something, it will tear. I am not sure how this is not covered.He was very rude over the phone, and when stating that I paid close to $4000 for my living room set, he proceeded to argue that thats not what his invoice shows. Correct, you see the $1500 for 1 piece of my living room set.UV3 does not back their warranty. This is purely a scam and people using their definition of words for their good. Guad, I wish to escalate this above you

            I purchased my couch and opted for the additional insurance.. we recently had and issue and I contacted the Store I purchased it at and they directed me to Masterguard.. I reached out to Masterguard, they set up someone to come to my house to address the issue.. *********** was very nice and friendly and after it was determined that it could not be corrected a Masterguard representative contacted me asked me some questions and a replacement item was ordered for me.. I have seen some negative reviews but I have nothing but positive about my experience. I waited till everything was settled before writing my review
