    We purchased $33,000 dollars of appliances CASH PAYMENT from Pirch on May 18th, 2023. We did receive the bulk of our fixtures and appliances. However, we did not receive our double oven. (cost $9700.00) We are extremely disappointed with the business practices of PIRCH company. They Continuously set the arrival date futher back until we called 4/17/24 to find that they locked their doors and laid off all employees. They are not Answering their phones..... .

    It is our understanding that Pirch is currently out of business. Attached is the sales order ORD-******-D8S8T6 showing that Mr. ********************* paid $61,670.03 in appliances to Pirch. Such appliances are currently being stored by Pirch. **************** has not been contacted by Pirch or any of its representatives about the status of this order and only recently learned of Pirch temporarily closing all its showrooms. At this point, even if the appliances were to be delivered to ****************, it is safe to say that Pirch would not be able to honor its contracted warranty services, which is beyond concerning.Considering that Pirch is not operating and therefore will not be able to provide its contracted warranty services or deliver such products, we are now requesting Pirch to fully refund the paid amount of $61,670.03 back to Mr. ********************* and the *************** project.Please let us know how you would like to proceed and keep in mind that a refund refusal from Pirch will result in legal action.

    I purchased kitchen appliances and 6 toilets from Pirch INC for $65,000 in September 2023, totaling three orders.order-247226-C9T4N2 order-******-W7Z8G3 order-******-S6G8Y2 However, on March 20, 2024, the company suspended its operations. As a result, I am unable to receive my products and installation services. I would like a refund, but I have not received any feedback or response. I feel like I have been deceived by this company.

    I'm out of my house for a year due to a flood. I'm currently sorting it, I purchased through Pirch ********** for my kitchen appliances on 2/17/24 and 8/19/23. They "temporarily" closed on March 20th with no reason why. Before this they failed to deliver my kitchen appliances even when giving me a delivery date. I have tried to reach them every single day to no response. I simply want a refund so I can continue with my house and GET back in!     On February 5th, we placed and paid Pirch for an order of kitchen faucets made by California Faucets.The first order in the amount of $5018.85 for (2) Davoli faucets, (1) Davoil cold water dispenser, (1) air gap kit for dishwasher, (1) Air activation switch and (2) garbage disposer flanges and stoppers.the second order in the amount of $1,498.84 was for a Davoli pot filler.The items were estimated to arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. When I emailed to get status on the order, the sales person and project coordinator were slow to respond. When we finally got them on the phone, they said the order would take another 6 weeks. I asked for a refund. The sales person said that he would process the refund by t3/15. We did not receive the refund. When I tried to contact the store, I got the notification that they were temporarily closed.The Pirch email contains hyperlinks for order status, cancel order, request refund. When I sent an email requesting a refund, the email was returned as undeliverable.I would like to be refunded in full for the items that were paid for and never received.Thank you ******************************

    We ordered appliances for our kitchen (Sub-Zero refrigerator. ***** cooktop, Down draft for cooktop, Monogram double oven, ****** ****** double drawer dishwasher, ***** microwave and trim kit). We were told they were filing bankruptcy and we would like a full refund. They cashed our check on February 23. They closed today, they were still open yesterday. We would like to cancel order, of course, and get a refund of all our money.

    I ordered appliances with Pirch back in 2022 and was required to make a deposit due to the supply chain issues caused by Covid. Pirch closed their doors and I have not received my appliances or a refund of my deposit. The deposit was charged to my credit card on 3/27/2022 in the amount of $7,697. I've attempted to contact them several times with no response.

    We do not yet have answers for customers with outstanding orders. We have acknowledged receipt of all customers' inquiries and requests for cancellation, and/or refunds. Senior management is working through next steps which could include bankruptcy, but that has not been decided. We have informed customers we will communicate to them as soon as we have definitive information.

    I have received no communication from Pirch regarding the status of my order, other than the publicly-available posting on their website saying they would be closed for the weekend starting 20-MAR-2024. No other communication has been completed by Pirch, other than the reply to this complaint. I am requesting a full refund of all payments made.

    Transaction date 9/29/21 for appliance package paid $50,016.07 order #ord-200523-k3l8m4. Delivery requested March 12, 2024. Transaction date 1/27/2022 for plumbing package paid $50,014.65 order ord-******-h8z8g6. Delivery requested March 12, 2024.We were told that all of our items are held in their warehouse but their warehouse and stores are all closed. No response to email requests for refund.We have already had to repurchase the plumbing package to avoid our new home construction from being delayed. We are now in the process of purchasing appliances again.

    The transactions happened in December of 2023 and in February of 2024. We paid the company close to $7,000.00. They committed to provide us with three appliances. The nature of the dispute is they closed all of their doors without providing their customers with their product and or returning the money back to their customers. The company has not of yet resolved the problem with their customers. I purchased the product from their ************* store on ****************************.     I purchased and fully paid for an outdoor kitchen at Pirch *********, located in the ************* mall at *************************************************************************************. I have uploaded the sales order number: ORD-******-Q3J0J4 dated Dec 26, 2023 in the amount of $32,800.37 fully paid for via my personal **************** card. My sales consultant is ******************************* (phone: ************). Shortly after my purchase, Pirch closed their showrooms and warehouse and stopped replying to email. This is the terse message on their webpage: "As of Wednesday March 20th, PIRCH is temporarily closing all our showrooms through this weekend. This is a pause of business to give management the opportunity to complete a go-forward plan.We are navigating through various options. We take this situation very seriously and are working diligently to resolve it. We appreciate your patience while we work to find a path forward. We intend to share the go forward plans sometime next week." Pirch has missed their self imposed deadline (1-week) to follow up with their customers. I can only conclude that they are not going to honor the purchase agreement and I am looking to obtain a full refund. The only way to contact Pirch is via email, and attempts to contact them for resolution have been unsuccessful.
