      I ordered $150 worth of clothes from SoftServe clothing for Christmas of 2022. Its started fine saying the clothes would be there a few days before Christmas, then it turned into early January, then it turned in March and then August and then November and I still Havent gotten my order and and Soft Serve Clothing only stayed in contact with me for a year after my order only because they know you usually deal with things within a year. I have asked for a refund repeatedly from them and they would always ignore it and just say oh your clothes are on the way to our facility, just a few more weeks. So, here we are in August of 2024 and I cannot get anyone to email me back about anything. Please help me, I have read where many others have been scammed by this company also while a select few actually get product.

      I purchased one of Soft Serve Clothings hoodies on February 2nd, 2023 for a total of $50.78. I was in contact with them repeatedly over the course of a year with continued promises, free products being added when my order ships and numerous discount codes. They stated they were having production issues and kept extending the shipping dates. I was patient with them over the course of these issues. They have stopped responding entirely. I have tried emailing many times recently and they refuse to respond to anything. I would like a refund since *** waited over an entire year and they are obviously scammers.

      I have been waiting for an order for 2 years -promise of free gifts after asking for multiple refunds, multiple new shipping dates with many delays and more promised shipping dates. Last one was for April. I have received nothing nor a refund.

      December 22, 2023 I placed order number: #**********, amounting in $207 for two sweatshirts and a pair of pants. One item was listed as a preorder, and everything was set to ship together in "early January". I emailed them January 26,2024 regarding the order when I still hadn't received it, or any updates, to no response. I emailed again February 1, 2024. They responded citing production delays, stating I would now be receiving my order "mid-February". I never received anything. March 13, 2024 I emailed again, politely inquiring about my order - no response. On March 18, ******************************************************************************* business. Not only were they in business, but products were no longer back ordered, everything was on sale AND they were giving away FREE sweatshirts with every order, while I still hadn't received two I'd paid full price for MONTHS ago. My email cited these issues, I never received a response or my items. I was also unable to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I was outside of the window of the original charge. So they literally just took my money.

      On 6/18/2022 I placed an order for $138.00 and on 9/24/2022 I placed a second order for $88.95. I was advised that shipping was delayed for several reason and I was trying to be patient. I was contacting them via email and Messenger and they have stopped responding to all together. I have asked for a full refund as well as said I would take a credit for $266.95 so they would not actually loss any money. The last response that I received via Messenger was on 12/29/2023 were they said they would be shipping my orders in 7-10 days.

      I placed an order Oct 2022 and another Feb 2023. Supposedly items were backorder. I've requested refunds multiple times and all my emails have gone unanswered. Multiple people are awaiting years old orders from this company with no reply. Their website is still active advertising new sales. I'm debating an attorney.

      I have three orders with this company that I have received no tracking information on and have received several emails claiming they will be sent soon but still no product. The initial order was in March of 2023, but they claimed in November that they would be receiving more product and would have it out to me shortly. Since then I have not received any response to my multiple emails asking for reimbursement or the items immediately. At this point I cant dispute it with my credit card bc its been too long.

      I have made two orders with this company, and never received either order. I have sent many emails back and forth with them about this issue, but they always say "We were initially expecting to ship out your order earlier, but due to heavy delays with our manufacturing team, we now estimate that it will ship out by" such and such a date. I placed my order in October 2022, and the most recent email said my order should be shipped out February 2024 (which it did not.)Order numbers:1353841427 **********

      Spent $120 in November of 2022, when I asked about the order after 2 months they told me 4 times that production has been set back by a few week and they kept offering me coupons or free items (such as tote bags or soft hair scrunchies) after about 6 months I just told them I wanted my money back, they told me I would get a refund to the original card within 2 weeks. That time came and passed, when I approached them again they said they were having IT issues, and I have not heard from them since March of 2024.
