      On 6/18/2022 I placed an order for $138.00 and on 9/24/2022 I placed a second order for $88.95. I was advised that shipping was delayed for several reason and I was trying to be patient. I was contacting them via email and Messenger and they have stopped responding to all together. I have asked for a full refund as well as said I would take a credit for $266.95 so they would not actually loss any money. The last response that I received via Messenger was on 12/29/2023 were they said they would be shipping my orders in 7-10 days.

      I placed an order Oct 2022 and another Feb 2023. Supposedly items were backorder. I've requested refunds multiple times and all my emails have gone unanswered. Multiple people are awaiting years old orders from this company with no reply. Their website is still active advertising new sales. I'm debating an attorney.

      I have three orders with this company that I have received no tracking information on and have received several emails claiming they will be sent soon but still no product. The initial order was in March of 2023, but they claimed in November that they would be receiving more product and would have it out to me shortly. Since then I have not received any response to my multiple emails asking for reimbursement or the items immediately. At this point I cant dispute it with my credit card bc its been too long.

      I have made two orders with this company, and never received either order. I have sent many emails back and forth with them about this issue, but they always say "We were initially expecting to ship out your order earlier, but due to heavy delays with our manufacturing team, we now estimate that it will ship out by" such and such a date. I placed my order in October 2022, and the most recent email said my order should be shipped out February 2024 (which it did not.)Order numbers:1353841427 **********

      Spent $120 in November of 2022, when I asked about the order after 2 months they told me 4 times that production has been set back by a few week and they kept offering me coupons or free items (such as tote bags or soft hair scrunchies) after about 6 months I just told them I wanted my money back, they told me I would get a refund to the original card within 2 weeks. That time came and passed, when I approached them again they said they were having IT issues, and I have not heard from them since March of 2024.

      I have placed two orders back in 2022 and have had correspondences with the company through February 2024. After that, and I emailed every couple of months, they stopped writing back. As you can see in the upload, which is copied from the original order confirmations and then my correspondences with the company, they continued to promise that I would receive my blankets shortly, yet no blankets and no word as to if I will ever receive them. The original order was for holiday gifts in 2022. I have repeatedly asked for my money back, and they have never complied, always saying they are expecting the shipment any day now and will have my order out shortly. Where they have stopped corresponding with me, I felt I have no other recourse than to try and gety my money back by filing a claim.

      I placed an order with soft serve for a few pre-order items for a total of 152$ as gifts in Nov. 2022. Non of these items appeared nor did the refund I was promised was processing. Tried giving the company the benefit of the doubt. But see it is obviously a scam

      I never received my order, they took my money but they never gave me the product. Kept emailing them and to no avail I never received the product. They kept emailing me that their distributor was changing and theyd still send me the item. It never came.

      On 04/25/2024 I submitted an order to Soft Serve for a clothing order my credit card was charged immediately for $250.00. . I have never received any merchandise nor gotten a satisfactory reply. Ive emailed this company to which I have received a form response stating they respond to requests in order in which they are received. Ive never received anything else. I would appreciate any help or feedback you can provide.***************************

      I ordered a pre-order (but nothing said it was a preorder) hoodie in December 2022. I contacted them in January 2023, where they said it was a preorder and I would receive in March. It never came. Ive been back and forth with them promising new dates. They have stopped answering any messages. I am very frustrated. Many others have received the same service and issues.
