    i returned my chair to them and I have documentation stating I would get my full refund. Well I received $39 out of $102.71.. I immediately reached out numerous times to the seller as ****** had told me to do.. I also attached all my documents from them saying how much was being refunded. Which would be $102.71.. Well I received only $39 in my bank so I reached out again and was told that ****** charged me shipping for the return not the seller.. I then contacted ****** several times and they kept dancing around and said the seller needs to refund the rest.. I have over 6 tickets that were supposed to be escalated.. I did receive a message saying they denied my request for the full amount.. They told me AGAIN TO CONTACT THE SELLER.. so I did. They are useless and will not resolve this for me.. I had a return label that was of no charge, If THEY WERE GONNA CHARGE ME $69 to return it,, DO YOU THINK I WOULD OF..The reason I had to return is it was very low to the ground and my husband had surgery, he needed a higher chair. I am so upset with all the back and forth and not getting a resolution after all this time,, It has been 3 weeks still NOTHING FROM THEN OR AMAZON..I would of kept the chair and gave it to my grandson.. I did purchase a chair that was higher for him to get out of.. I really want some type of resolution or send my chair back.. This is poor customer service.. and they didnt even try to help me or give any other options.. This is how they treat their customers.. WELL BEWARE WHEN YOU ORDER FROM THEM.I do have the documents that they said the amount of my refund which would be $102.71 but they blow me off and say amazon charged my a fee to send back.. poor poor excuse.They could of made it right or send me the chair back..I am going to talk to the AG;s office as well

    We received an item through this company that arrived broken. We requested a replacement part through their customer service email. After providing them with pictures and the order number they then directed us to another email within their company (and telling us to again include the order number and pictures). We did this twice with no response. We recontacted the original customer support email with no response. The phone number provided is for a shipping company that doesn't answer the phone and has no voice mail option. Ten days later, 6 emails and still no response.

    I recently placed an order with Giantex and have had an absolutely horrible experience. I received only half of my order and never got the other half. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company to find out what happened to the rest of my order, I've been met with complete silence.Their customer service is non-existent, making it impossible to resolve any issues or process a return. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I do not expect to receive the missing items or any form of compensation at this point.Save yourself the hassle and avoid Giantex. Their lack of communication and failure to fulfill orders is unacceptable. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to steer clear.

    Unfortunately you cannot give 1 star . Placed an order online for patio chairs . Payed the price that included freight . Then I get a message from giantex that they now want an extra ****** for freight . So I cancelled the order and got screwed by the exchange . Giantex refused to credit the difference . Extortion is illegal under the criminal code of ****** . But thats what they tried to do . WHY ARE YOU NOT IN JAIL . Company must be owned by ***** , laws dont apply to us Dont buy here WARNING !!!!!!,!,!,!,,

    I ordered two patio loungers and the price was about $30 less than another supplier. It was delivered in reasonable time and the product seems to be okay. The problem I have is with the price being in US dollars which was not at all clear when I ordered them. When I received my M/C statement I was more than a little shocked that I end up paying over $100 More. I certainly would not have bought this product if I had known it to be in US dollars. The boxes where the loungers were in have been discarded so I can't return in the original boxes. I searched on my phone to see the ad for those loungers and they did not appear. If you're able to give me some credit on these items I would be happy to give you a good review as I think the product is fine. I would hope that you could make it more clear regarding the currency as many other sites are very clear weather it's CAN ot US dollars. Thank You for your attention to this matter. ****

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Bought a dresser for my daughter’s college apartment and it broke on the first use. The 30 day return policy lapsed before we even had a chance to assemble the thing. Sub-par materials lead to product failure and zero response from customer service when I emailed about the issue…I should have researched the company and product before buying.

    Ordered a 240 dollar bed from this company, and when I got it put together it was pretty clear they took pictures at specific angles or photoshopped them to make it look way different. Absolute garbage and if I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered from them (and definitely won’t be going forward). They also have directions for functionless screw inserts that just ended up pushing through the fake wood and I now have an ugly looking drawer that has bumps poking out from these screws. The drawers just kind of float under the bed and the pictures that they advertised make it look like they are tracked in there and sturdy. They’re not. If I could give zero stars to these scammers I would. Save your money

    I bought a power washer on May 6. and cancelled on May 7. It was within their 24 hour cancellation window. We communicated back and forth until it unsuspectedly arrived today May 17. The company now is ignoring me, hoping I will lay down and except the product I no longer want. I am disputing the charges with PayPal. I suggest you all do the same with whatever payment gateway that you used. Needless to say, as all the rest have indicated here, don't buy from this clowns.
