I ordered merchandise from this company and although they insist my order was delivered I know that it was not. I tried asking them to let me know where they delivered it to and they just keep saying its been delivered- I know this is not true because I was home the day. They said it was delivered. I ordered contacts from Unicoeye for 42.00 and used ****** to assist in payment. Well I got an email stating they didn’t have them in my strength so they were canceling my order which was fine. However they never reimbursed myself or ****** any money and took the full payment. I can’t log in anymore they say my email address is not in their system. When I email them, I NEVER get a response. I feel totally scammed by this company BEWARE! Give me my refund please it is theft to keep one’s money with no Product given. I ordered contacts 2 weeks ago. Grey. The picture showed a black woman with bright grey eyes. I loved them since my eyes are dark too! I paid express shipping, got them, and they didn't even show. They were Nothing like what they were presenting . It was barely noticable without a camera flash . I wrote them , and they APOLOGIZE and requested photos . I obliged . And they have never replied to me since. Such a scam . I just want what I paid for.Business Response

If the color did not get your satisfactory, we are sorry about that, but, please understand that lenses on different eye color will show different effects. Pictures for reference only. I placed a order back in February the order number is ********* it was for two pairs of contacts(Azul blue and Verde green). The tracking number is ********************* they said they delivered the contacts to my mailbox on 2/28/23 at 12:02pm. They were never placed in mailbox so I contacted the sender which was Unicoeye and I contacted the local post office to try to locate the package. Unicoeye told me to contact the post office when I sent them a message, which I had already done the post office told me the the sender would have to file a claim because they are the ones that insured the package upon sending it out. She also said that they could go ahead and replace the package since it was insured and they would be able to provide the sender with any further information if they needed it they would just have to contact the post office. I then contacted UNICOEYE for a second time letting them know what the post office said and I then asked what they were gonna do about my order and if they were goin to resend the package or refund my money which was $47.98. They told me to give it a few days and if I still didn't get it they would see what they could do about the matter. I waited a few more days and still got nothing so I contacted them again only for them to tell me the same thing and then they said they would replace half the order since I still didn't get it. I asked were they gonna put the rest of my money back on my card they said no. I've been patient with these people and it's ridiculous that they will take people's money and when something goes wrong they don't even do the proper thing to help fix it. They are Scamming people and I want a full refund for what I paid for or I want the contacts. They didn't mind to take my money so they need to make this situation right. Like I said I want the refund back to my card or both pairs of contacts and I do not wish to ever do business with this company again. SCAMMERS AND CHEATERS!!Business Response

We shipped the order to the customer. The tracking number is **********************2******* by USPS.Track it on USPS.com, the status of the shipment is marked as delivered (link: **************************************) :The customer stated that he/she did not receive the package that was delivered correctly, we confirmed with him/her that the shipping address we used is correct, so we suggested him/her to file a complaint with the local post office, and provided a solution: we can resend half of the order to him/her for free, although he/she only paid us once. But he/she did not agree with that.We attached the order details.
