      On February 7, 2025, I ordered 6 plush toys for ****** and paid with debit card. I received notice from **** that a label had been created on February 9, there has been no communication since that day and the label is still pending. I have reached out on several occasions via email and text with no response

      On February 7, 2025 I placed 2 orders of flowers, to be delivered to my 2 daughters for *********** Day. The costs were $35 for one, $50 for the other. I had chosen for them to be delivered on February 12. One of them arrived on that date, but the flowers were so broken and dehydrated, only 5 of 12 were salvageable. The second bunch of flowers arrived a week late and the flowers were completely droopy and dead within 2 days. My request is that my $85 be refunded to me. I have contacted the company no less than 5 times, always with a promise that they will get back to me, that they are contacting their manager, asking for pictures (which I sent), etc. I cannot seem to resolve this on my own.

      I am filing a complaint against Boo Bear Factory due to their failure to deliver my order and their complete lack of response to my inquiries. I placed an order totaling $183 ($99 for the product and $84 for next-day shipping). Despite paying for expedited shipping, I never received the package.After contacting ****** I was informed that the package was shipped to an incorrect address that does not belong to me. The company has been entirely unresponsive to my repeated attempts to resolve this matter.Additionally, upon reviewing the companys website, I discovered numerous similar complaints from other customers who have faced the same issues, raising serious concerns about the legitimacy of their business practices.I respectfully request that this company be investigated for its handling of customer transactions and that appropriate actions be taken to prevent further consumer losses. I am seeking a full refund for the amount paid.Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

      I ordered flowers for a coworker to be delivered within 48 hours. It has been over a week. They have created a shipping label on 2/16 but never shipped. No one at this business will respond.

      This site is a scam. Paid for 2 stuffed animals on 2/1/25 with 1 Day Shipping. It is now 2/17/25, and nothing has been shipped. They do not respond to emails or contacts. I am now working to dispute the transaction with my bank, and am here to warn others. You have been warned learn from my mistake.

      At 7:06 pm on 2/13/25, l placed an order for 1 dozen Black Mamba roses to be delivered on Valentines Day. The flowers were $69.99, however I paid an additional $45 for next day Valentines Day guarantee shipping. I received order confirmation, and was told Id receive an email when my order was ready. On 2/14/25 at approx. 4 pm I sent an email thru their website requesting update on my order, however I did not get a reply. At 9:39 pm I had sent another email without a reply, as well as sent images of my order. I was unable to call because the website states that due to heavy call orders all hands were helping with orders. As of 4:44 pm on 2/15/25 I have yet to receive a response.

      Purchased two items on 1/26/25. 1-day shipping was included in the purchase. As of today, 2/14/25, the tracking order says the **** is still awaiting the package. Ive contacted the company twice with no response. Would like items or refund.

      Our adolescent son ordered a stuffed animal bear for Christmas for his adolescent girlfriend, my wife and I knew nothing about it until we reviewed our bank statement, we requested a cancellation from the company 3 days before they ended up shipping it, but they still sent it to us. We called and emailed the company asking why they shipped it and when we notified them to cancel before it shipped but they never responded. They only replied with "the item shipped". We made numerous attempts to reach them about returning the unopened package to them to get a full refund, and after many calls and emails a lady returned my call, I explained the situation and she said it wouldn't be a problem getting a refund for the item, but she wasn't sure about a credit on the enormous $72.30 shipping charges, she said she would have to ask her manager and get back with me. Weeks later with no response and multiple email and phone calls to the company for a response have gone unanswered. I since have shipped the item back to the company, they received it 5 days ago and they still haven't responded. Please help us in getting a full refund for this unfortunate situation from a company that is terrible at customer service and business integrity.
