I bought a SuperHandy log splitter on ******. It stopped working in less than a year. This Summer, I took it to an engine repair shop. They have been trying since August to get a carburetor for these folks. I have requested a carburetor from these people. Either get me a carburetor or let me return the log splitter for a full refund.Business Response

I purchased a ***** grinder on 9/24/24 that was delivered on 9/27/24. When i went to use it for the first time on 10/1/24, it broke down in about 15 minutes. I went to the store and bought a new belt to repair it at the cost of $50. When i started to use it again, it started spewing gas all over the engine which made it smoke. After losing the entire tank of premium fuel, i tried to locate the leak, only to find it was the internal plastic tank leaking out of the bottom of the protective metal frame creating a very dangerous situation. Now the machine is useless. By the way, i didn't even get a ***** ground up and it was a small *****. I have reached out to the company twice since this has happed without actually talking to someone. No return calls or emails.Initial Complaint

On June 16, I purchased the GreatCircleUSA Mini Wood Chipper Shredder from Woot.com. I had it shipped to my Mother's house since the project is at her house. I assembled it and it worked fine the two times I used it. The total usage time is approximately one hour of running time. On the third attempt, the starting cord would not work. I attempted to call for assistance, but they are closed on weekends. I then submitted an online contact request. They dodged the issue of warranty. I sent them a video showing that all the troubleshooting items they suggested are not the problem, but still the pull cord to start the motor will not pull sufficiently. They eventually sent me a new motor, but without documentation on how to replace it. As an average non engine repairing consumer, I attempted to proceed. However, the factory tightened bolts will not be moved. I have had no satisfactory response from the company. The correspondence has been ongoing since July 22.I need assistance in getting either a full refund or a repair to get the existing machine running since their product will not work.Initial Complaint

Purchase wood chipper LCE01 in march *************************************************************** Took things apart and discovered cutting blade only had one bolt which ****** shows two bolt , both blade had two whole in it with one bolt. I bought a piece of equipment from the manufacturer from a third-party a ******************* called the number on the machine and spoke to great circle USA They told me to send them a picture and a video of the problem which I did told me to Put it back in the box Im waiting for a return label from them. They responded that I need the return label from the third-party. The third-party tells me theyre talking to the manufacturer. They want to ship the part they came broken. We bought our scooter from lowes website June 14th, 2024 and haven't even made our first payment on it. The front two tires are already showing problems, one is even flat. This scooter had given us the ability to move around more and now that this has happened we are at a sit still phase again. We are disappointed in the tires. We have emailed the company trying to resolve this issue because there is supposed to be a 12 month warranty. To start with they emailed us back wanting more information and pictures of the tires. We responded with pictures, copy of receipt, and other information they wanted. We had all our information sent them by July 15th, 2024. We haven't heard from then any more. We have emailed them 5 more times, waiting for a response. We have tried calling, no response. We have even gone as far as trying to buy 2 new tires but they don't sale them by themselves on lowes or Amazon.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to contact this business in all the means they provide, to no avail. Last month the drive rods on the 6 ************ Log Splitter - 20" ************** with the ******************* logo(which is a subsidiary of Great Circle USA), sheared off. I have been happy with the log splitter to this point. I have been trying to locate replacement parts, and used the companies "Contact" form twice, Called 40+ times(without anyone answering or being able to leave a message), and sent 2 emails to the address that was given in the voice message when I called. I have not had any contact returned from the company, and if a local small engine repair shop can not fix it, then I will be forced to buy another splitter from another company. I recently bought a Landworks 20 ton log splitter from GreatCircleUS via Woot (order number ********). The plastic hydraulic reservoir plug that it came with had a manufacturing defect and wont thread into the hydraulic tank rendering the unit inoperable. I've called the customer support number at **************** every day for the last 4 weeks -- not once able to speak to a customer support agent or even leave a voicemail. I would estimate that I've called nearly 80 times at various times of the day taking into account that the customer service line is PST. I purchased an ********** electric cart 10 months ago and the two front tires are cracking badly. I spoke to **** at Great Circle. He said to send him photos and he will get new tires shipped to me within a few days. I sent the photos and numerous emails since. I have also called many times but the recording says that they can't come to the phone and to please call back.
