I purchased a pet playpen from Yaheetech via ****** on Feb 6. The product was delivered Feb 12th. The product is poorly made and flimsy. On Feb 19th, I returned the item well within the 30 days for a full refund. I was supposed to be provided a postage prepaid return label within 2 days of returning the item. I was provided with a postage required return label. I contacted ****** and they also requested I get my prepaid return label. Yaheetech customer care contacted me asking for more information on my approved return. I answered and sent photos as requested. Yaheetech customer care asked more questions and offered $12 dollars as a refund and I keep the product. I do not want the product as it is poorly made. I was also offered a prepaid return label, but Yaheetech would deduct the postage from my refund. This was also unacceptable as the product was advertised as a full refund within 30 days on undamaged product. The product is not damaged just poorly made. The last option they offered was for me to send the product to a person at my expense and they would then decide what my refund would be. This is also unacceptable.Business Response

I purchased a bed frame from Yaheetech in November of 2023. I recently lost the hard ware (nuts, bolts, and washers) and assembly instructions as I was re-locating the bed.I reached out to yaheetech on multiple occasions via email to obtain both of these items (hardware + assembly instructions). I have not received a response since providing my order number 3 weeks ago. I finally was able to get a hold of a representative via phone. I would have been more than happy to pay a fee to get the replacement ************* however I was told by a yaheetech associate they could not provide i) the replacement nuts and bolts or ii) the assembly instructions (a piece of paper) that I might be able to use to obtain the correct nuts and bolts to re-build the bed.The individual with whom I was on the phone with disconnected our call in the middle of our discussion, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful.All I am looking for is a resolution to my issue which would be i) a replacement set of instructions (paper) and ideally a set of replacement nuts and bolts. The vendor has been both unresponsive and disrespectful in this process as I am merely looking for information to get my bed rebuilt.Business Response

Parakeet cages purchased defective. Supposed warranty not honored. Yaheetech ghosting me by phone and email. All I asked for was replacement of defective parts. It took months for them to return a call or email and now for over a month of having all information requested they just won't answer or respond. I purchased a Yaheetech Dog Playpen Outdoor, 16 panel fence, 40 high pet pen on 9/24/24 for $173.34.Yaheetech delivered 8 panels of a 40 pen and a 8 panels of a 32 pen in 2 different boxes. Before realizing their mistake I tore down the boxes and recycled them. After I started to assemble it I realized the size discrepancy and put in for a return/refund request. Yahteech took 48 hours to send me approval to return the item that they incorrectly sent, BUT made it so I had to pay for shipping (this was NOT my mistake)! *** told me they only sent one return slip for two packages, so I couldnt even return them if I wanted to, and they to package and ship it back it would be more than the cost of the original product. In fact, *** said they didnt have boxes big enough to even return the gates. So I spend a half hour on the phone with Amazon while at *** (as I bought this ******** product on ******) and they claim due to ********* mistake and the cost of returning the product they will put in a request for a refund without return. Nothing came of this. So I contact ******** and have been running in circles with them trying to get a refund for a mistake they made, and have them pay to package and ship the product back at their expense, not mine. So far, nothing has been resolved. It is insane that I am expected to pay hundreds of dollars to return a product for a mistake on behalf of the seller! All I want is my money back at this point!Business Response

I ordered a bird cage from this seller and cancelled within 12 hours. The seller ignored that and claimed it couldnt be cancelled and then shipped the item anywayeven though it was supposed to ship 5 days later. Then the seller required a $54 *** drop off fee to return it. Im disabled and unable to lift a 40 pound package to even get it to *** drop off. Seller is not responsive. I believe they have a practice of shipping products even after a customers cancels because they know itll be a hassle to return it and they dont want to give refunds.Business Response

I ordered the Yaheetech inflatable bounce house and water slide on April 20th 2024. I received the item on April 24th 2024. I made this purchase for my daughters birthday so I did not open this bounce house until her birthday in August. Upon opening everything worked and seemed fine but after a few hours we had a huge blow out. This bounce house is meant to hold up to 400pounds and my daughter is only 3 and 35 pounds so her bouncing on it should not have caused this and we installed as instructed. I have since tried to contact ********* 4 times through email and another 2 times through Amazon in which I purchased it and have gotten no replys. I purchased a desk chair in September 2023, the chair has a one year warranty. The chair has since broken. I have been emailing and calling the company for several weeks. At first the company emailed me back looking for proof of purchase, which I sent but after that they stopped all communication. I first was seeking to BUY a replacement part that was broken and they informed me that they do not sell parts and after I was seeking to have the chair replaced and that is when they stopped communicating with me. November 2023 I inadvertently ordered 3 firepits. My husband had them in his cart and when I pressed my item it ordered his too. We received them 11/10. We kept one and returned the other 2. We got the return label from Amazon and shipped them at the *** store in separate boxes. It cost $138 to ship them. We never got our refund. They said they only received one but never gave us a refund for that one either. I emailed them a copy of our *** receipt in April of this year. I never got a reply.
