      United Payment Center AKA gotoupc.com AKA **************** LLC keep calling multiple times a day from numbers from all over the **, claiming there is a case against me and unless I call within 30 minutes a letter will be sent out to me. I don't owe any money that I am not up to date currently paying. I want this harassments to stop. I am not going to give my bank account information to any company who refuses to give me any details to why they are calling in the first place. I am tired of getting called all the time, even on the weekends. Their return numbers are always different. I literally got a call last night (Sunday) from ******** at 9:03pm. From my understanding any calls past 9pm are illegal. I got 2 calls from them on Saturday. I want these calls to stop permanently.

      I owed a $3000.00 credit card debt. I made 15 payments of $200.00 @ month from 9/21/22 to 11/15/23. They continued to take $200.00 out of my checking account in Dec. of 23 and Jan. of 24. I have tried several times to get ahold of them. Can left voice-mail. Can you help me?

      This place is a scam, they scammed ** out of $1000, would have been more but we figured out what was going on and did our research.

      United Payment Center stated I owed $6,535 for a delinquent Mastercard from 2012. I have never had a Mastercard. They then stated I would be sued and it would cost a lot more than the $6k. Very threatening, and pressuring me to make payment for something I did not owe nor can afford.

      This company called and said they were collecting for navy federal credit union. They took a $100 initial payment. I tried calling all numbers that were given to me as well as the number on the website. The phone rang and rang for 2 days. So i called navy federal they gave time the contact info to the company they use to collect debt, as well as told me i was scammed. I have my bank looking into it as well as contacting an attorney and the local police in California this place needs to be shut down.

      As of 01/09/2023, a law firm out of Los Angeles, California is threatening to sue me for a debt from Citifinancial that was settled in court in 2009. It is for $7900.00. They have been very rude will not give a legitimate name or address for their firm. They are using scare tactics of warrants being served and taking away my home. I have talked to ***** and ****. They wanted me to sign a document through DocuSign. I’m not going to sign document without having my attorney being able to represent me. I have talked to the local courts and law enforcement agencies and there are no warrants. The statute of limitations for that case ended in 2019. I am recovering from a heart attack and I cannot deal with this type of stress right now. I have had to go the emergency room once this week. This needs to cease and desist. They are calling from ###-###-####. Do not call me back. If I do owe anyone anything, I will be glad to set up a pay arrangement by mail.

      Today me and my uncle who lives in another state received a voice mail from a man saying I was going to be served documents for legal proceedings. I call the man back at ###-###-#### who told me his name is ****** ********* with ****** & Associates (a law firm) in California and a lien will be placed on my car on Monday and my wages garnished for a debt from 2014 (which another company tried to scam me for back in 2015 that I reported to the ftc). He finally said he could stop all of that if I chose one of the options to resolve the debt that was in a letter that was supposed to have been sent to me back in July. He said the payments would be handled through United Payment Center who is also located in CA. They clearly pulled my credit report because he was mentioning other things from the past. He said I was sent a letter to resolve and avoid these proceedings back in July which I never received. The case # I was given is 2020-293-4149. What makes no sense to me is the phone number on my caller ID had a FL area code ###-###-####. He said he would send documents for be to sign via docusign and if I agree to one is the options it would stop the court documents from being filed on Monday and they're would be no lien or wage garnishment. I cannot find anything on this law firm. This is ridiculous.

      Upon an inspection of my transunion credit report I noticed a credit inquiry from this business from 4/3/22 with an address of UNITED PAYMENT CENTER Inquired on 04/03/2022 **** N ******** AVE # ***, ONTARIO CA *****. I want to know why a Canadian Company is accessing United States citizen’s information. I want this to cease immediately. I have no business dealing with this company and did not provide them any information.

      On October 7, 2022 I received a voice message from Process Server Dispatch claiming they were notifying the owners of the property that they had legal documents requiring a signature today regarding a property lien on the property address. They threatened that failure to contact them at ###-###-#### regarding case # 2022-6***92 would result in legal proceedings without my knowledge. The call came from ###-###-####. On 11/2/2022 I again received a call from threating legal action from the same company calling from a different phone number, ###-###-####. My wife also received a call from the same number. Upon checking my Experian credit report I found that a soft inquiry was run by: UNITED PAYMENT CENTER Inquired on 11/02/2022 **** N ******** AVE # ***, ONTARIO CA ***** https://unitedpaymentcenter.com/ The above company has "2" pages of complaints on the BBB website regarding this type of fraud. I have no knowledge that I owe this company and money or have ever had an account with them.

      I had someone contact me for an old credit card debt that I can not even find anything on, said they were going to serve me paper to appear in court if i did not rectify this today. I paid them $3500 now to try to call them and numbers are not valid. I would like my money refunded as they are a fraud and scam. This is crazy i live paycheck to paycheck and can not afford this extra money.
