I would be very careful in purchasing anything from this organization. The behaviors border on fraudulent and are certainly unethical. My husband and I have a farm in MN and found Prime USA Scales on a Google search offering affordable scales that we could use for cattle. We identified the best product, called for availability on 3/30/22 and, when we were told it could ship in just a few days, we ordered over the phone. On 4/18/22 we still had not received the order, so I called for status. The VP of Sales told me that he would check with the factory for shipment. Two days later and we still had no ship date. Speaking with the VP of Sales again, he advised that he hadn't received a response from the factory, but could sell us the SAME product, just with a different brand label, stating that they were both made in China. However, it would cost us more. Curious (and with red flags flying in my head), I asked him to send a link to this "identical product" and he never did. 4/21/22 - Still no word on shipping, so I email the VP of Sales and tell him to cancel the order. He replies that he will check with the manufacturer to see if that's allowed. I immediately filed a dispute with the credit card company (the product was charged on the same day we ordered it). Later that day, miraculously the manufacturer got back to them and they could ship on 3/25/22. We did not respond. 4/26/22 - The VP of Sales emails that order has been shipped. 4/27/22 - replied that we had cancelled the order and would not accept the shipment. He advised we would be subject to restocking fees and shipping expense (I refused to accept). He then refunded our money. May 2 the VP of Sales inquired about the charge back. I made certain the refund went through and cancelled the dispute. I was told the the package was still in route, so I checked the tracking number - it was diverted to Las Vegas. And it was a 4 lb package... Clearly NOT everything we had ordered (industrial scales!!!).
