  I ******************************* got pulled over on 6/25/2023 my **** *********** got impouded due to expired registration Only..Stars and stripes towing towed my Vehicle to thier business (Tow yard)I went the following day to the tow yard to retrieve paperwork from my Vehicle, I spoke to the owner of the business (****) He told me I have to be the regersterd owner of the vehicle to enter his business gates to to retrieve property, I handed over my driver's license he made shure it matched regersterd of the vehicle, So he let me in his business gates to retrieve some my property from my vehicle. After retrieving property on my way out the business gates I made a statement I was going to return for my vehicle..On 7/19/23 I returned to stars and stripes to retrieve my Vehicle with the fees in hand to retrieve my Vehicle...**** notified me that he sold my Vehicle a week after the impound to a person with a pink slip with thier name on it that was to my vehicle. So my vehicle was gone. I called DMV ,DMV notified me I vas the only regersterd owner of the vehicle no one else should have been able to retrieve my vehicle also I had called the shiriff s department because my vehicle needed a vehicle release from thier agency before releasing it and only the regersterd owner can get a vehicle release from the sheriff's..Sheriff's department notified me that no vehicle release was made for my vehicle. So that means the owner of stars and stripes didn't require the vehicle release from whoever he released my vehicle to because only I the regersterd owner was able to retrieve the vehicle release..also DMV notified me that thier was a name transfer on the title so I'm no longer the regersterd owner and vehicle still has expired registration.. He released my vehicle to some one without the regrestion being current and no vehicle release..leads me to believe (****) owner of stars and stripes wrongfully (purposely) released my vehicle to someone else...This incident left me to be without a vehicle.Lead me to ***** struggles..Please help me resolve this issue..Highly appreciated.Thank you for you time and effort ******************************* Please contact me;****************** Or *************

  To whom it may concern,

  In response to ****************** complaint regarding the ***********. I spoke with the a representative of Tulare ************************* and explained to them that ****************** was not the actual owner of the Tahoe. It actually was another individual that was the true owner. This person was listed on the *** database, which the ******************* confirmed as well. Also this individual had possession of the actual title of the vehicle as well. Under ********** law, this would make he/she the true owner of the vehicle. Again a representative of the ******************* explained this to ****************** as well.

  Hello, I want to respond to the letter I reserved in the mail, I disagree with the Business response..first of all I was the regersterd owner.. business let me get personal property out my vehicle because I was the regersterd owner if I wasn't I wuldnt have been able to get personal property out..if Thier was a actual pink slip like the business claims Thier was business should have a copy of it, I believe Thier was no pink slip . My name came up the regersterd owner when got pulled over by the shiriff s department. My name is on the paperwork that I submitted here that the shireffs gave me that I was the regersterd owner....this is not resolved and I am not satisfied..also the vehicle release,he has no proof of one from sheriff's because ***** was no way they got one because I was the real regersterd owner...***** was no way of him able to release the vehicle without a vehicle release, as a professional business he should have one in records..and submit it..

  This is the document that the shireff gave me when my truck was towed..I will go to the shireff s office to get some new paperwork .as for my regrestration it stayed in the vehicle

  ****** ****** went to Stars and Stripes Towing and along with them fabricated and falsified a lien sale on my Ariel Lift Truck. My Truck was never at the tow yard at Stars and stripes tow yard nor was it at ****** ******s property. In doing so ****** ****** then presented false paperwork to the DMV and so acquired my Lift Truck. My truck was never impounded. My truck was never at Stars and Stripes tow yard and there should not have been a lien sale put on my vehicle. I have lost substantial income, contracts and customers because of this, and I would like something to be done about these false business practices. I have tried to resolve this problem with both parties however neither one will speak with me and actually ****** us demanding that I pay him $4000 for fixing my truck and I never authorized anyone to do any work on my truck and my truck is now not in working condition. ****** ****** ***** Kings ****** Road Squaw Valley Ca 93675 ###-###-#### Sincerely, Under penalty of perjury, I testify and swear that everything submitted in this document is true. ******* *******

  My name is ****, I am the owner of Stars and Stripes towing. My apologies for not replying back to you sooner, but this message is the first one that I’m aware of. In reply of ******* *******’s complaint. As I have looked through the paperwork that has been presented to me to process the lien for the Ariel lift truck. There is nothing that shows Mr ******* having ownership of the fore mentioned vehicle. It actually shows the vehicle to be owned by Reedley golf Inc. Which was stated on the lien packet as it was processed through the DMV database. 

  
  

  My company placed a lien on this vehicle at the request of ****** ****** (client). Not at anytime before or during the process of the lien sale did I have any contact with Mr *******. I was solely in talks with Mr ******. From my perspective if Mr ******* has any grievances, he should take them up Mr ******. We have been in business for 13 years now and have maintained a reputable standard with law enforcement and our prospective clients.   I have a bill of sale for the truck the owner is passed but daughter gave me the truck and **** was fully aware that was my truck I will take a lie detector test to prove that he knew 100% that it was my truck
