      Have had blinds appt 1 year! first few months the motor went out on the shade! Reported and took about 3 months for them to fix. At that time the motor went out on the other blind. At that time the owner said she would order another motor and have it in stock if needed. So it finally stopped also and have been trying to get a new motor and installed! **************** is awful or nonexistent. *** called and they wont call me back! So for a year of having they lines only able to use the maybe 3-6 monthsNo way to run a business!

      I got the blinds installed about seven years back and I was told that it has life time warranty. Recently one of the blinds was not functioning properly as it was not rolling down and up. I informed the owner in ******** and told him about this. He didnt call back for many weeks but later on he said some one will come to fix it. Last week the installer called and said h*** charge $150 per hour. I told him that it should be free of charge as I was promised life time warranty. He said no. I called budget blind owner but he didnt agree. Im really disappointed as its a minor work and should be done without any charge

      We apologize that your local representative at your time of purchase did not explain their Lifetime Warranty.

      All of our franchisees are independently owned operated;therefore, they have their own policies and procedures.  If the previous franchise offered you lifetime warranty, that was their own personal warranty and is not transferable from one franchisee to another. Budget Blinds LLC does not offer lifetime warranties on any of our products from any of our vendors. Because your zip code falls under ******************************* contracted territory, Budget Blinds of ******** is the party to verify your product warranty information (if any),provide options and resolve your concerns (the *********** does not have customer records). 

      If your product warranty is valid, that will be honored by the manufacturer, but the service would not be. Because you purchased your blinds 7 years ago your blinds are most likely not covered by warranty anymore.

      I order shutters for my bedrooms and they is to be open from the middle part of the shutters but the shutters that they put in my windows open to the sides and when I call the owner and talk to him about that is the wrong shutters not the ones I order his respond to me is I can change it but I will have to pay extra for it . When I didnt get what I payed for to being with.

      I am rejecting the business response because that is not what my complaint is about my complaint is about the Shutters that they put in my windows is not what I order. And when I call Mr. ***** and told him that is the wrong shutters he is telling me that we talk and that is the ones that I order when that conversation never happen. Mr. ***** came to my home on August 28,2023 took my order for the shutters and that day I didnt have money for the down payment so he gave me the paper and said it is good for 30 days so in september 23,2023 before the 30 days was up I call and gave them the full payment for the shutters and I didnt the shutters install until January8,2024 the ones that is install open to the sides and the ones I order is to open from the center like the ones I have in my living room from 2019.

      I met with *************** for her consultation on August 28, 2023.  At this meeting she requested 4 plantation shutters for her bedrooms to match her existing product in other parts of her home. I informed her that we can definitely do that and I also explained that we can adjust the way the 2 panel shutters open for better view and avoidance of furniture by changing from a standard left/right opening to a left/left opening on the left side shutter and right/right opening on the right side shutter, thus avoiding any furnishings along the wall. These are known as bi-fold shutters and are a specific entry and request.  I also explained that the will look exactly the same as her existing shutters except there will be hinges in view on only one side.  Otherwise they are exactly the same.  She agreed to this and acknowledged it on reviewal of each specification and line item before agreeing to and signing the contract which includes this information and an additional acknowledgement that she has read, understands and agrees to all specifications. Being in business 12 years with the vast majority of 5 star reviews, I certainly understand that mistakes can be made on my part, which I always take responsibility and correct to the customers satisfaction. This is NOT what happened here. The timeframe from order to installation on shutters can be and was 3 months. I feel that *************** didn't remember that she approved this minor design modification.  As such, is requesting a full remake on shutters that look and perform the same other than opening as bifold.  These are custom and specific to her windows.  I don't see where her forgetfulness should cost me thousands of dollars to replace.

      I have been charged full amount for the incomplete job of installing the blinds. The company is: 3 DAY BLINDS. The customer service is giving me the run around. They have the same story week after week. I have been given the case number (CAS-02820584). No body seems to follow up. Their customer service is very bad. BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

      I ordered my Blinds back in August ************************** October 2023 I have never received a detailed invoice of my order I have called my service rep ********************* numerous times and every time I call him its another excuse why I have not received an invoice. I need a **** invoice in case theres any problems with blinds in the future or anything happens to the Blinds. I am so disgusted with the lack of response from *********************. I will never use this blind service now nor will I recommend any of my friends or family.

      We paid budget blinds in full over 8 months ago. As of today they are unable to finish the job. There has been error after error everytime They come. Everything from installing the ring size, installing damaged goods and even trying to install window covering switch a faulty motor. I am requesting a call back from the owner of this company before I take legal action and dispute the changes with my bank.

      My Name is ************************* and I am the Operations Manager for Budget Blinds of *********. I left Shabana 2 Voicemails yesterday and one today with no response and will try again Monday. Unfortunately, the customer was not happy with a motor swap and wanted a new shade. I went ahead and spoke with our vendor and ordered a complete replacement shade that will be here in a few weeks. We have done nothing but try to help her and in many occasions the shades were damaged by her, and not defective, when we have came out to her high rise. She has been nothing but unprofessional with my installers as they are trying to get things done. It is difficult helping a customer find a solution to their issue when we are not given an appropriate amount of time by the customer to complete a job or getting kicked out before we are even able to get a measurement or make an adjustment. The job could have been completed yesterday but she was not happy with the solution. We have expressed to her on numerous occasions that she does not need to make a trip out outside of her normal time in ********* and has expressed that she is paying for plane tickets to be here. The job was completed on 10/5/2022 before she had damaged the shade and started this problem job. We have currently been out to the property to help her 11 times and I am hoping this last remake will finish the job. I will personally inspect the new shade and call her to schedule the appointment.

      I have read ***** response and he is completely lying. I have text messages and pictures of all the errors this company has made. I would be happy to share them with the owners of the company. On the last trip out to our place they sent a shade that is half the size of the shade they were to replace. I have attached the video for you to see

      I have asked the company over and over again to inspect their items before making an appointment to come over. They keep telling me its their policy to open the shade once they get to the customers house and they are unable to do it.

      Once again I am requesting the owners of the Budget Blinds in ********* to reach out to me. I believe they go by the Jentrys
      I would like to share all the texts, emails and pictures of all the mistakes that have been made by their location.  We can also have all the employees also meet with us so they can also give their side of the story on who made the errors. I have been nothing but nice to all the technicians that have come to my place and even tipped them on occasion. This can be verified by ***** who used to be the lead installer. I have handed him $20 several times. 
       I have never damaged even one shades. The problem is the company keeps giving the wrong measurements to ***** and end up getting the wrong size, damaged motors, damaged fabrics and the list goes on. I have all the emails and texts to prove this. Instead of being apologetic **** is making things worse!!! 
      I also have  a full camera system in the unit which shows that one of the shades just fell off the wall when we were at our main residence in ********** .There was nobody in the unit and this was all caught on camera. The alarm motion went off and the police were even called to the condo. When ***** came over when we arrived back in town he said that the bracket that they installed snapped. What kind of products are you using??? What is someone was home and ended up getting hurt?

      Budget Blinds LLC., is not a party to the contract between franchisee and customer. It is the franchisees sole responsibility to handle all matters concerning orders, product delivery, installation, or repairs.

      Although Budget Binds LLC., attempts to facilitate resolutions of customer complaints, it is ultimately a matter for the franchisee to resolve directly with the customer.

      In mid April, 2023, we contracted with and paid our local Budget Blinds franchise - Budget Blinds of *******, ** owned by ******************************* to order and deliver shutters for our bedroom. We paid the company in full in the amount of $2,094. Since that time, there have been no follow up contacts or order updates. Repeated attempts to contact **********************, the franchise owner via phone and email have been made with no response. He seems to have disappeared. Numerous so-called customer service contact phone numbers for corporate headquarters in ******, ** have yielded no results. These numbers are merely an automated device used to refer a caller to the local office based on their zip codes. This is starting to have all the earmarks of a scam. Will report the local franchise and the company for wire fraud since the phone number provided on the Intuit/Quickbooks invoice is for an individual who works for an executive search firm that has no connection whatsoever to Budget Blinds.
