Dear Better Business Bureau,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding AWA Collections, which has reported an amount of $1,000 on my credit report. I have never had any contract, agreement, or dealings with this company, and I do not owe them any money.
I am deeply concerned that this erroneous debt continues to appear on my credit report despite my lack of obligation to the company. This incorrect reporting is Increasing by amount, negatively affecting my credit score and could harm my financial standing further if not resolved.
I have written and authorize my complaint with the Better Business Bureau to ensure this matter is addressed. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this issue and working with AWA Collections to have this incorrect information removed from my credit report promptly.
Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation to support my case. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

This debt is past the statute of limitations. I haven't had an account with ******************* since 2015. This debt has been reaged to appear more recent that is factually of record. I have disputed this multiple times now.Under the ****, particularly 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2(a), you are obligated to provide accurate information to credit reporting agencies. Additionally, 15 U.S. Code 1681c prohibits the reporting of negative information that is older than seven years. By changing the delinquency dates, these debts are misrepresented as current, which is a clear violation of the *****I, hereby, request the following actions:1.
