      It's very upsetting that I purchased a television for over $500 and I cannot get any support on getting the parts and now I'm being told the 1 year warranty is up even though I reached out before then. I bought a 65 inch TV and only got to use it for 8 months. VERY upsetting. I reached out to chat support and Eben through ******** and was told to figure out how to order the parts when in reality I should have had my parts free or the television replaced.

      I have two Insignia **s and am having a problem with one of them. I have been trying to get some support for it. I just called for the third time a few minutes ago and this time I asked for level two tech support. *****, the agent, said she had to know what the issue was first before she can transfer me. As I was trying to explain it to her she rudely disconnected me. Earlier today I spoke with a gentleman and he really tried but was unable to assist me. Then about a few days or so ago I contacted Insignia support and got a woman who was very rude and nasty. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she had me do all these troubleshooting steps and none of them worked. I just had back surgery and I'm dealing with this issue alone. I reached out to Amazon and they even remoted into my ** and the issue is with the ** and not the remote Fire stick. Every time I go to turn the ** on, it comes on with a staticky sound and it's muted which should not be happening. I have to continue to unmute the ** all the time when I turn it on. I want them to listen to these calls if they keep records of my phone number and figure out what they're doing and especially ***** that hung up on me today. They either don't know what they're doing and shouldn't be in their positions or need more training.

      Two years ago I bought two insignia TVs from Best Buy. Both 55inches one for my daughter room and one for mine. My daughter tv stopped working in the end of September out of nowhere. My tv just blew out two days ago and I cant even explain the frustration I have. Two TVs that are garbage within three months that is disgusting. What makes me even more my I have a tv in the living room 65 inch by this same company and now Im on stand by because I know there is a matter of time. I read so many reviews on the internet even social media sites such as tik tok saying to not buy this tv because they dont last. I wish I can at least get help with getting them repaired. Im on a fixed income and dont have the funds at all to pay for two TVs.

      My insignia 32in firetv isnt moving past the firetv logo. Every time they send an update to the tv it gets stuck and I have to do factory reset. This time its not even pulling up the instructions for me to do a factory reset. I called letting the agent know that I have done all of the troubleshooting steps but she insisted on me trying again for 20mins wasting my time. I asked her is there a way to reset the tv on her end by sending a signal. She says to me no bc its been a year out of warranty and no one will come to your house to fix you have to buy a new tv. Right there that is bad customer service. I havent even had the tv for 3yrs, we barely use the tv. When my ******** had an error with it and I had the tv for 8yrs ***** replaced my tv due to the malfunction on their end. The issue with the tv is a glitch on insignia end bc they sent an update and now the tv isnt going pass the firetv logo. I shouldnt have to purchase a new tv when I was told the tv would last me 10yrs. It didnt even last half the amount. I can see if the tv has been mishandled or has cracks on ok but there is nothing wrong with the tv. Insignia sent an update and now the tv is stuck. I hung up on the first agent bc she basically telling me insignia dont care about the ppl who buy their product just bc she didnt care to find another way to fix this tv bc she said she couldnt transfer me to a higher level agent bc of high call volume. I called back first thing I asked for was a tier 2 agent she ignores me and tells me to do trouble shooting again. Im like no Ive done this there is another way bc if you can send updates to my tv you can send a reset signal. I asked for a tier 2 agent and she keeps telling me to try the trouble shooting till it works. Then just goes silent. Insignia needs to put there agents back through customer service training bc it is horrible!

      I ordered an Insignia ** off Amazon and less than a year the ** had green lines going through it. I contacted Amazon and it was out of the 30 day return period so they advised that I call insignia to file a warranty repair claim. I called insignia one month before the warranty was up and kept getting the runaround and said somebody would return my call to set up a ** repair ticket. Nobody called I called several times I got disconnected hung up on, etc.. I finally got a hold of someone and they said it was past warranty even though they had documentation that I had called before the warranty expired even went up to management and they would not replace a repair my **. I made several attempts to make contact with them spent 20 to 30 minutes on every conversation just to be hung up on transferred and never got my issues resolved.

      I bought an Insignia - 250 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner from Best Buy on February 22, 2023 and noticed right out of the box the ** didn't work properly so I contacted both Best Buy chat and Insignia through the email on the website. BB told me to contact Insignia.After I responded to 3 emails from Insignia, Insignia stopped replying after I had done all of the trouble shooting they asked for and told them the unit still didn't work properly out of the box. They offered no solution for the problem. A while later I contact them again in the dead of summer when I desperately needed the ** and they never responded back.Last week I tried again and if I would have thought about BBB to help resolve this I would have done that initially when they stopped responding the first time.Basically the ** doesn't cool properly. On the lowest temp setting which is 62 Fahrenheit, it only cools to about 76 Fahrenheit. How is that possible?? Now the thing whistles when I turn the ** on. This is the 2nd time I purchased an Insignia **. The first one had no issues at all. So I decided to buy a second for my smaller room. They also tried to say it had pet hair and my room was too big when the ** was straight out of the box. My bedroom is 15x12 and the smaller room is 10x12. When the **s are on both doors are shut in BOTH rooms. And they tried to say the room was "too big". And the ** claims to cool 250 sq ft which is why I bought it because it larger capacity than either of my rooms.They also tried to tell me I had windows open and all kinds of other cockamamie excuses for the unit being defective out of the box.Anyways I would like a refund for the unit being damaged from the beginning and not receiving any help for Insignia "support" to resolve this.

      My Insignia - 5 W Qi Certified Wireless Charging Pad for Android/iPhone - Black is not work and I dont no y its been like for some time now all i want is ** to replace it nothing else and dont want none of your bs about y u cant or nothing like that please just replace it so I can move in with that not have to go out and by a new one spent this money on this

      I want my insignia 5w wireless charging pad replacement seeing its not working and it was a Christmas gift I got from my dad on 12/19/22 and is not work I called us and us told me I will not give me a replacement I have take it back and get my money back and I dont want my money back see its a Christmas gift I want a working iteam
