      This is my second refi with Intelliloan. Working with ***** **** makes everything so easy. ***** kept me informed every step of the way. This made it less stressful and understandable. I will not hesitate to call on ***** in the future. I truly appreciate him.

      *************************** started the loan process on May 5 2023 yet at the beginning was ok but later it was very deceiving from ************ and MS ************** On this past Monday I just learned learned that a second party was looking over my loan never was informed of it. During the time of process ******************** requested a lot of things and sometimes I did not mentioned to you have to get this thing in addition of what I requested. Which I did not mentioned before.I paid for the appraisal of my home ****** dollars and letter of the *** ****** dollars.I do have all the Emails and messages that were sent to me and those I did send. (its available for who ever needs it.).Needless it , It will make your company happier and that much more deceiving on to do that scam .You can keep your money and keep deceiving customers. ****** it will make more richer.Again if you need more information between message from both parties will be glad to submit it.**************************..

      What a horrible company! I cannot emphasize enough to anyone reading this, if youre seeking a loan go to any other company. They may offer good rates, but theres a catch. Intelliloan must go out of their way to hire the stupidest employees. *** had an immaculate payment record my entire life on everything. Yet, since Ive been with Intelliloan, Ive received multiple threats of mispayments to outside companies, when there errors have been internally with Intelliloan. These people couldnt run a lemonade stand, let alone a mortgage company!
