Gave me some one else order instead. Contact them through email. No response yet. Just want my order. What I ordered. No phone number to find for you. Odd. BBB gave you a F rating. I think I just got screwed.Review from Elena V

Leaf and **** has recently ventured into drop shipping tropical plants. I recently took a chance on one. It was drop shipped from somewhere else, over watered, rotten, and out for over a week in the *** system.They would not make this right. Succulents and cacti ship fine. They can handle a little shipping abuse. Tropicals cannot. I'm beyond upset. They have lost my business and further recommendations.

Thank you for taking the time to submit this review. I reviewed your email correspondence with our support staff and was not surprised to receive notification of your BBB feedback. Considering our staff responded in a timely manner by offering to send a replacement plant (which you rejected), then ultimately gave you exactly what was requested (a "credit for the plant"), your purpose in leaving this negative is undeniably to cause harm to our reputation. What I will say is that we do not tolerate abuse of our support staff by customers for any reason, and therefore I am happy to learn that you will no longer patronize Leaf & Clay. Please stick to your local garden center where I highly doubt you have the fortitude to verbally abuse and condescend to the employees in-person. Nick *******
