Charges filed allege Quocanh N Nguyen is in violation of state law prohibiting conduct, acts, or omissions involving making substantial misrepresentations and false promises of a character likely to influence, persuade, or induce which constitute cause for suspension or revocation of Quocanh N Nguyen's real estate licenses, mortgage loan originator endorsements, and license rights.
The matter is pending.
