    Business Response

We did perform this move for ******* Dancer. We completed the move and chipped her glass table (approximately 1 inch of damage). This did happen during the holiday season. First thing we did was go by her new apartment to pick up the damaged tabletop to have it repaired. Now according to not only ******* but our glass vendor as well this is a very unique piece of glass with a beveled edge. It required a special work order which we have now been waiting on since November. So, in the meantime we had our glass vendor sand down that 1-inch damage to make the tabletop useable until the new glass is cut and finished. We delivered the original tabletop back to ******* so that she had a useable table while we wait for the new one to be available for pick up. We would love to finalize this claim as soon as possible but all we can do is wait upon the new piece of glass. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I need to send this response elsewhere.
