    Renting with Peak residential was the worst experience ,moving there was a nightmare.They dont answer calls and even if they do , they dont want to talk to anyone , they said we have to send an email. Weve asked to speak with a manager and we were told she was busy and cant answer any calls , that we have to send an email. When we first moved in on 2023, the apartment was dirty , cabinets sticky, no blinds on main rooms facing the streets ,the blinds on the living room was damaged , floor and wall not fully repair . We had to wait 6 days for us to move in 2023 as the apartment was not on living condition. We asked if they can put blinds at least and they said landlord doesnt need to provide blinds unless facing the street, weve responded ok the windows facing the street doesnt have blinds . weve never got a prorated rent, but they charged the full month rent . We couldnt use the garage for almost 3 months as this was not working, it wouldnt open at all , the landlord didnt want to pay the charges to fix this as it was a sharing garage with next door owner who live there too in ************ . Next door owner was reaching out to us when we moved in as he said he has been reaching out peak residential for garage issue , but they never respond he said. Weve sent an email too, but they wanted for us to ask if the other owner (neighbor) is willing to split the charges , at this point we have asked Peak residential to keep us out of this as we rented an apartment with parking and now we cant even park , our car got towed due to us parking on the street , we have asked them to help us with this matter but never did .A lot of issue with AC , but said was nothing wrong with it , summer was not pleasant there . We waited this year to leave the contract and now they are keeping our deposit, they are charging us for cleaning , the blinds that this apartment didnt even have , carpets $525 where there is not carpet on this apartment only the stairs have carpet .

    This company does not answer their phone. All calls go to voicemail. No one calls you back. They do not respond to emails either. I cannot get ahold of them. Theyre awful.

    This company is very deceitful. I have made my utility payments and have copies of the money orders showing payment. I have asked for an appointment to show my receipts. They say they don't make appointments. They want me to set up a payment plan to pay for what I have already paid.

    Dear Peak Residential, *** Property Management,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company, specifically from *************************. My experience has been marked by unprofessionalism, poor customer service, and questionable practices.From the outset, ************************* demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect. Her interactions were consistently rude and dismissive, failing to provide the basic courtesy expected in customer service. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company.I was shocked to learn that ************************* is not a licensed realtor. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and professional standards of your operations. Engaging with an unlicensed individual undermines the credibility of your services and suggests a disregard for industry regulations.As a veteran who meets and exceeds the income requirements by four times, I expected a straightforward process. Instead, I encountered numerous obstacles. ******* handling of my application was anything but fair, especially considering my strong financial standing and the necessity of my service dog for my well-being. Her resistance to accommodating my service dog was discriminatory and a violation of my rights.I urge you to address *************************** conduct and ensure your staff is properly trained, licensed, and capable of providing the high level of service that clients deserve. A review of your policies regarding service animal accommodation and application fees is necessary to prevent such negative experiences from recurring.My experience with Peak Residential, *** Property Management has been deeply disappointing. I hope my feedback will prompt immediate corrective action to restore client trust and uphold the integrity of your company.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     Had to sign and pay before even seeing the place. When I was finally able to see it, it was disgustingly dirty. They said it would be cleaned before move in day, it wasn't. Upon move in, the dishwasher, dryer, and washer were all broken. The blinds on the sliding glass door were destroyed, and the closet bar was missing. Sent a message and all they fixed was the dishwasher. The washer/dryer was hauled away. And upon move out, they charged ME for the broken blinds that were never fixed and the missing closet bar. I hated dealing with this company, totally unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the headache.

    They've sent me fake documents regarding my payments and have not followed up. Multiple issues with their "handyman". Management has yet to contact me after over 6 months.

    Raised our rent and trapped up in a lease the same weekend our yearly was up, then told us its out of their hands because they already tried to contact us. Were two tenants- neither of us received any correspondence at any point about rental increases nor were we offered our renewal. The receptionist was outstanding in terms of customer service and I always feel bad that she has to screen my angry calls, but the company is a joke. *** said before that a hamster can do a better job at efficiency and courtesy than our manager would. Were stuck in a lease with a higher amount than what we expected and constantly wait for anything to be fixed or done at all. Our wiring is awful here and has already resulted in electrical sparks and a blackouts, our trash can remained proven for a month, our door frame was damaged during a break in from before I moved in and the landlord STILL didnt fix it even after I complained that its falling apart and wont lock anymore, the bathtub faucet constantly pours, not drips, water yet the landlord blamed it on our shower head that HE installed the day we reported it to him, and finally every time I talk to my PM I feel like she doesnt want anything to do with us or our unit. My neighbor has issues with them too, but none of them had as bad of luck as we have had AND they at least receive correspondence from the company. Not that the company cares, but I wouldnt live in their properties again and I urge renters to stay far away. Theyre scummy and lacking in ability. We are counting the days until we can move out and be done with our landlord special housing. ******* reconsidering returning to our lawyer to discuss these issues again.

    We started our search for a home to rent at the end of June. We decided to apply to our top 3 choices to save money on application fees. Peak Residential (which managed our top choice), was pretty unresponsive. I called two numbers every single day for weeks. I tried every option, no one ever answered. I left several messages with my contact information stating how urgent it was for us to find a place to live. We need to plan, pack, reserve a moving truck, determine what day we're moving to make sure friends/family were free to help. I then tried emailing for assistance. Finally, I received an email that our application was being considered and information (which I already submitted) was needed. I submitted it again. This time, we were not provided a secured site to upload. Due to time constraints, we sent via email. Fingers crossed I am not a victim of identity theft in the next year now that our personal information was sent via email instead of a secured site. I continued to call, leave messages and sent another email asking for a status. Finally, I received a response stating the owner selected another applicant. I inquired about 2 additional properties. I received a response that simply said, "Yes, this property is still available." What horrible customer service. No direction on next steps and a contact number that leads to voicemail. They are just collecting application fees from people with no good intention to actually help them find a place to live.

    This company has to realize that they not only work for the homeowner needing property management services, but also the prospective tenant looking for their next rental home. ************************ Company, retuning emails and phone calls is essential to make the customer part of the process. Finding a new place to call home is stressful enough without having to deal with a company that does not communicate. This is well after they have taken your application fee and deposit. Also, as a retired military service member this company is not a Veteran friendly company. It would be interesting to know if the owner of this company is aware of all the unanswered emails and phone calls his or her employee's disregard. After communicating by email and by phone at least 10 times, I did not receive a single reply. Not one. The poor customer service continues even when you become an established renter.
