      I have been a resident of of this mobile home park for the past ****************************************************************************************** ****. The company that manages this mobile home park is STORZ property management company. STORZ hires individuals to live on site as property managers. This management company is obligated by the mobile home residency law to comply with the **** book. However, neither STORZ or there hired onsite managers abides by the **** book. This ************** on site managers violated my right to sell my mobile home, filed an unlawful eviction against me, did not disclose nor provide me with the required **** book as required to do so as set forth in the **** book. I have been harassed by management on a continuous basis. The last manager ************************* went as far as calling the local law enforcement & made false claims against myself & other residents that drug activity was going on here & implicated ******* family as having part in it which led to the police showing up at my door. ************************* also failed to bill as well as apply the correct amount of rent which was 18 months worth paid by the **** aka **** rental assistance provided by the Government as a result of COVID 19 helping those who suffered great financial hardship. As a result of Mrs. ******* unprofessional conduct & constant **************** embezzlement of money an eviction was filed against me. Prior to gaining the knowledge I have today I was coerced by plaintiffs attorneys into signing a stipulation agreement as means to avoiding court & also an eviction. I was NOT given time to review the agreement prior to signing. The plaintiffs attorney was a no show for the two previously scheduled meetings we had where we were supposed to go over the stipulation agreement. He was over ******************************************************************** as I leaving & told me to sign. The lack of disclosures & financial errors by them have since been discovered.
