    I’ve now contacted 32 Barbies on now (6) individual days and months all to which there’s no avail??? I call customer service and NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. I’ve emailed them 5 times with absolutely no response. Only number consumers can reach is their ORDER LINE, but trying to call CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE IN THE LITERAL 6 months I’ve been calling, and I’ve called at every possible hour and time over an entire week and still no one EVER ANSWERS IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. had to result calling their ORDER LINE TO EVEN SPEAK WITH ANYONE FROM THE COMPANY. Also the people who answer on the order line don’t know ANY MANAGERS NAMES, or EVEN HOW TO CONTACT THEM, today when I called and this black girl (Nya) didn’t want to answer my question regarding contacting management and said hold on and just outright hung up on me? I returned (2) shirts back on Dec 29th 2023 it’s now May 16th 2024. Still after now (7) phone calls (8) emails and spoke to a manager supposedly on their orderline by the name of DEDRIA who again took down my info and was directly emailing customer service on my behalf for someone to call me back?? Well, I did this also a week ago and since I’ve had absolutely no response back from anyone at their company I did the same thing again today I did last week. All I’ve wanted in this process in to return the 2 shirts I didn’t like swap them for two I liked and that’s it??? I’ve been dealing with this issue now going on 6 months w/o so much as receiving the two shirts I ordered in place of the two I returned back on DEC 29th 2023. I will however be contacting my attorney MONDAY MORNING OF MAY 20th 2024 if in fact this unbelievable issue is not fixed and rectified on or before the 20th of May 2024. This company has completely exhausted my patience and for the record I will however never again do business with a company who in fact treats their customers the way I’ve been so rudely put off, no care or concern and truly the absolute worst customer service of any company I have truly ever dealt with in my life. I wouldn’t ever suggest doing business with any company who in fact treats their customers with obvious lack of any care or respect to rectify and solve issues with returns especially. This company completely lacks any care or concern for there customers after purchase and that’s evident after trying now for six months to handle a problem which could be solved by a five year old no less!! Come Monday May 20th 2024 I will escalate this issue straight to the owner of bar blues through my attorneys which never had to happen if this companies customer service dept wasn’t a bunch of lazy people who never answer the phone, return my calls at all, and still till this day have not ever returned a single email I’ve sent regarding this matter!! This is unbelievable that companies are able to operate w/o so much as any availablility to any and all customers problems concerns and definitely returns. Do not ever do business with 32 bar blues it’s 100% not with your time your money or any patience you might have. I don’t know what else to do it’s been nearly six months still trying to get the two shirts I returned swapped out for two others I ordered and here we are. Unbelievable!!

    I purchased four shirts for my husband for Christmas 2023 and returned all four as he did not care for them. I spent a total of $441.05 with free shipping. I returned all four shirts on January 3 and just received my refund of $413.82. I was surprised as the official 32BarBlues documentation regarding returns says, "a small fee of $8.50 will be deducted from your merchandise credit" I thought that was fair. I expected a refund of $432.55 and got $413.82, a difference of $18.73 from what I expected. I called their customer service number and got a call back. The lady said that I was charged $16.95 plus tax of $1.78 for the original shipping and the 8:50 for the return. This totaled a deduction of $27.23. No where did I see I would be charged for the original amount to ship the merchandise. When I questioned her she said they were a small business and thats what many small businesses do...I really think they should be very clear about their return policy and charges. I would never buy from them again. This whole process was time consuming and upsetting.
