This company called me back in October to collect on a balance I had with a dental office. When I explained to this company that I had dual insurance and only one of my insurance companies received the claim. They did not want to hear this at all, they spent their time arguing with me, treating me as if I just did not want to pay my bills. It was not until I had to provide them with several supporting documents and conducted a conference call with the insurance company, that they backed down and gave me some validation. Now. this was on October 26, 2023. Fast forward to 4/4/24 after ZERO communication they came back trying to collect the same amount. I again advised them after looking up my information, that the claim had not been received by my secondary insurance nor processed. Again they argued with me and treated me like I just did not want to pay my bills. Again, I sent the manager documentation and conducted another conference call with my insurance company, and Finally he backs down, and concedes to saying he will call the office to follow up and see what happened. I don't understand why this company treats customers the way they do. I understand they are dealing with people that have outstanding balances, but sometimes things are not what they seem, and it would serve them, to slow down, take the time to look over and hear what we are saying.

I was sent a letter from CVCS stating I owed money to an urgent care and now the collection service was taking over. I called the number on the letter and spoke to Jennifer Ruiz. I asked when the date of my visit was and she replied with Feb 9th 2019. As this was years ago I didn’t feel like contesting the bill would be right. So I paid it in full with interest at $35.51 on 6-23-23 with my credit/debit card. I asked her to send a receipt or letter stating I’m paid in full and have a 0 balance. I received the letter a couple days later. I have still received emails from the urgent care stating I still owe 25.00. I called the urgent care on several occasions. I called on 7-17-23 and lastly on 8-22-23. I was told the first time that they would notify the collection agency and make sure I’m all paid up. On 8-22-23 I was told I needed to call not them. I have tried countless times since then to notify the collection agency to no avail. The line is either busy or says that the call can’t be completed as dialed. It does not matter the time of day, same issue. I’ve tried calling other 800 numbers found from their website and I get the same issue. I don’t want this affecting my credit so I tried to rectify this issue but have no idea where else to go. At this point I’m starting to wonder if this is all legit or I got scammed.
