    This company is the worst company. They are trying to collect fees from my business. I never signed a contract with them. I cannot find a phone number to call them. When they have emailed me I have asked over and over again for someone to pick up the phone and call me, which they refuse to do. They have time to write emails but not call me. Companies and government agencies need to stop using them.

    Ariba is nothing but a cash flow scam for your customer. They make it unreasonably difficult to get invoices approved in the system and give extremely vague reasons as to why the invoice got rejected and how to correct the issue. Essentially, you waste countless hours, days, weeks, months, trying to get the invoice into the system which delays the customer's payment because "technically" they have not received an approved invoice. On top of that, Ariba charges both the Customer and the Supplier for use of their portal. So, while delaying your cash flow AND saving your customer countless dollars for essentially doing their Accounts Payable process for them, you also get charged for the "privilege" of getting completely screwed over by an ****** complicated invoicing software. Ariba should be illegal.

    Ariba is a useless pile of garbage. Every single client I have is able to receive an invoice and pay it on time, no problems at all. Except for one. The one client I have that for some reason chose to use SAP Ariba. They are so bogged down in Ariba nonsense that they are unable to pay me on time, simply because the Ariba system is so useless and ****** complicated. Purchases are as simple as "PO Issued. Work Completed. Invoice. Pay." For some reason Ariba can not comprehend how simple this should be and instead has a mountain of paperwork and delays. This software should be banned from existence.

    Yup! Not surprised to see all the 1 star reviews. Ariba is a scam that provides no value to the supplier (actually costs ** money for no value), and scams the buyer into thinking they've streamlined their services. What they don't realize is they get less quotes/bids on their needs because Ariba causes so many barriers, and furthermore the cost to use Ariba gets built back into the bids they receive. No customer service support whatsoever. ********************** continues to get 2 thumbs down.

    Just read a couple of reviews before making the mistake of signing up like we did. This business software is a sham for vendors.

    We have a vendor who was trying to make us use Ariba then we found out that we didn't have to use them because the vendor had other platforms to process invoices for free!!! Ariba has been trying to charge our company over 5K and we never used them. Even our vendor has shown them reports where we do not use them and Ariba still keeps trying to get us to pay. Ariba is the biggest scam and shame on big companies who try to force smaller companies to use them so they can cut costs.
