    2 weeks ago I did a trial for $1. I did not find what I needed. I immediately tried to cancel getting error message again and again. I tried to call could not contact anyone. 1 week after they charged me $68.22. why isn't someone putting a stop to these thieves? They are obviously doing this to many people. I don't know how to cancel so I don't get charged again. I can't afford this. I used them to check if child offence criminal was living on my street and now they are stealing from me and I can't do anything about it. Why won't someone stop them?

    O used this company one time for the $1.00 fee of 24 hrs. Period. But I have been charged $68.22 every month for 3 months now since. I have canceled it thru their web site 4 times, I've done 3 disputes with my card carriers. Web site and I'm still being charged every month. I want it to stop. I never agreed to any of this. I would love to get my money back as well. I've not used the service minus the one, initial time.

    Initially charges a dollar fee which is mentioned on the site which I agreed to. Immediately after that they charge another fee of $19. Then they charge a fee of ***** out of the blue. This company scams people and I don't want them scamming anyone else

    PRO PEOPLE SEARCH STOLE MONEY FROM ACCOUNT AND I NEVER EVEN USED OR WENT TO WEBSITE, TOOK 1.00 ON 12/22/24 AND NOW 12 /25 ***** JUST WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCT. I CALLED PHINE # ON ACCT STATEMENT WAS ************ AT 8:59 PM LAST LIGHT WHEN ***** WAS PENDING. SPOKE TO GIRL NAMED "ERIKA168429 EMP#" SAID NO ACCOUNT IN MY NAME EJAIL OR CC GAVE LAST 4 NUMBERS THEN SAID NEEDED FULL CC # THAT WOULD FIND ACCT AND USUALLY NEVER GIVE IT BUT HAD FRAUD LAST WEEK SOMCARD WAS GETTING CANCELLED. SHE SAID SHE WORKED IN ********, NUMBER ON **** SAID CALIFORNIA SO I TRIED GETTING NORE INFO FROM HER BUT COULD NOT AND SHE SAID CALL MY BANK. NOW ***** PROCESSED LEAVING MY ****** FOR CHRISTMAS DAY. CALLED FRAUD **** MY CREDIT UNION HAS BUT NO ANSWER, SO I WROTE COMPLAINT TO IC3 WHICH I FOUND ON LAW ENFORCEMENT WEBSITE, I HAVE SPENT 4 TO 5 YRS DISPUTING, BATTLING AND NO COMPENSATION FROM ANYONE AFTER EQUIFAX BREACH AND DOMINOE EFFECT FROM THAT POINT ON. HAS NOT STOPPED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND HOPE TO GET FROM THESE CROOKS. NENROLLED NOR LOOKED UP ANYONE TO SPEND NONEY ON. I HAVE ALL PEOPLE THAT I NEED IN ** AND NO LOOKING UP ANYONE FROM PAST. NEVER PAID ONLINE WITH CC THEY STOLE INFO AND TOOK IT. $ ***** in full refund or still will enter compkaints everywhere and anyone I can. Retired and disabled.....I have all day !!! Really made to deal with thieves on Christmas. Hate all of them so much I am understanding more now then past how one couod snap after such hard times I had during covid lockdown and very tumultuos times plus moving 3 times this was to be for better life and retired....nothing even close to living my life I planned and worked for all my money ....so stealing to make a living off others is getting me so mad I hope they suffer any ither way if I do get this money back. I am tired of this theft and them getting away with it and spending more time filing reports thebn enjoying life so they do not deserve a minute enjoying a thing.Roaches they are,coming out of the woodwork.

    I paid 1.00 for a report I never received.then this company turned around and charged me *****...i would like a refund if my payment. including the 1.00 for the report I never received

    I signed up for the trial then in turn cancelled the membership. I was charged $68.22 after cancellation twice already. Every attempt to contact this company has failed so I contacted my card issuer. My card issuer told that no more charges would be made. Well, there was a charge today for the same amount of $68.22. There should be more transparency for this service and ways to get in touch with someone you can physically speak with over the phone. I would like both charges refunded to me. The amount is ******.     I signed up for pro people search for a $ and they billed me twice. First they billed me the dollar,then they took it upon themselves to bill me an additional $16.98. I didn't order anything for $16.98 from these people. I just want my money back,and the sit looked into. Thanks.
