    I receive multiple phone calls daily from this scam company. They tell me I owe money for gym memberships that never existed. Anytime I asked for further information they make threats of further legal recourse including suit. It's obvious the company will reply with a "to whom it may concern" form letter because they are not a real debt collector but a wire fraud case in the making.

    I received a debt collections call from this company by a person who was very rude and accused me of being a liar. They were attempting to collect a debt that was supposedly owed to Anytime Fitness. I have not been in this gym in well over a year but continued to pay, which I was fine with. We formally cancelled our month to month membership physically in the gym. We paid every last cent that was owed and the gym continued charging our credit card. I disputed the charges as invalid and Anytime Fitness did not provide the required documentation to the disputed charges and my credit card company determined my dispute was valid and credited my account. During the collections call the gentleman on the phone told me "you never cancelled your membership". I corrected him by stating I had indeed cancelled the membership and he proceeded to tell me that I had not. I have no idea who this company is, but I need them to cease from contacting me in the future as I find these types of calls harassing as I have already disputed and won the case with my credit card company. It has already been proven I no longer have debt with them (Anytime Fitness), and have never had debt with Swift Funds.

    This company contacted through email concerning a dept they alleged i owe Edge fitness, i checked with the gym and they told me i was owing them $300 while the collection agency is alleging that i owe $671.

    I had a membership with 9 rounds. I filled bankruptcy which the 9 rounds account was included. Oddly my 9 rounds account went to Swift even though it was included in my bankruptcy. I spoke with a man who goes by "*****", VERY rude and needs continuing education on customer service skills. I advised ***** I will not be paying anything as this was included in my bankruptcy. He ended the call! I called back and left him a detailed message stating again no funds are owed due to bankruptcy. He never returned my call. I called him today 6/6/22 and he answered! I asked if he got my detailed voicemail and how come a call wasn't returned. His exact words were "there's nothing else to be said". I asked for a supervisor and he hung up. What do you mean there's nothing else to be said!? I want verbiage and proof that this account is closed in your office!! I also need this employee to get proper training on how to speak to customers!

    I received an abusive and ********** call from this organization after repeatedly calling my phone many times in a row. I was at work, but none of my professional calls could come through because of the repeat dialing. I answered. The agent was claiming I owed close to $800 on a gym membership which I have verified in writing is canceled and no fees owed by the gym owner himself. When I explained this to the caller, he proceeded to shout at me and threaten me with a bad debt on my credit report. I suggested that he investigate the validity of the debt with the client agency, the corporate entity of my gym. He claimed I owed the whole year of the membership, although my contract clearly states month to month. When I suggested he obtain a copy of my contract and the written verification from the gym owner, he yelled at me and said, "NO! YOU can contact them." When I said the call and his tone was abusive and ********** he yelled at me some more. He proceeded to shout over me when I explained that I had been contacting them for months, and they wrote me confirmation of resolution. I asked that their organization never contact me again, only to be threatened with a bad debt. He continued to shout at me, and I began to raise my voice to be heard over him. He hung up on me.

    Returned a call to Swift Funds Financial Services An agent shared that they were trying to collect a debt from 2018, when I asked for additional information he accused me of being uncooperative to say the very least. He refused to send me any information, and assured me that I could take it up with the small claims court in which I had no chance of winning. I have written the company directly in hopes of getting more information related to the item in question. I was caught off guard and utterly unaware of any issue. I see that there have been several complaints against them and that there is a class action attorney who is very familiar with this company and its practices.
