      I paid this company for credit building and they closed down offering to build credit. That itself is not a problem. I was never given a refund and I cannot login to my account. If this is not resolved I will be contacting the **** If you view their reviews on the Apple App Store and sort the views by recent then you will see that this is an issue.I need a full refund now.

      I signed up for Cheese last year with the hopes of building my credit. A couple of months after signing up, I had to change banks due to multiple fraudulent charges on my card. Unfortunately, Cheese has no way of changing banking information on their app, which is very inconvenient. They ended up emailing me about changing the card on file because the old card did not go through. I responded to their email letting them know that I would like to proceed with changing my banking information. Never got a response from the company. I was a little concerned about their lack of response. However, I decided to let it go since the account was not showing on my credit report. I figured that maybe it wasn't legit. Fast forward, I ended up getting an alert on my credit report that I had a late payment and my credit score plummeted. I was in shock and ended up reaching back out to Cheese. This time they did answer and stated that they closed the account since I failed to make a payment or change the payment method. I informed them that an attempt was made to contact them and I sent them proof. They said it was a glitch in their system. I asked them since it was technically not my fault, if they could remove the late payment or account as a whole from my credit report. They said that they would have to ask the back office and get back to me ASAP. It took 3 weeks (2x of me following up) to finally hear back from them. They refused to remove it because they did not receive a payment. I followed up and asked if I paid them, would they then consider removing the account. They said no because it is a closed account. So basically, the customer is getting penalized from a glitch on their end where they were not receiving emails. Now, my credit is worse than when I first signed up for them and I will have this late payment ****** on my credit report for the next 7 years. Their customer service shows that they truly do not care about their customers.

      Cheese bank, an online only banking service, claimed it's program would sunset November 10, 2022. I had a direct deposit September 9, 2022. My account was suspended September 10, 2022. My money, ***** was inaccessible. I contacted through email and was told my balance would be sent by check to my address. It has not arrived. Cheese claims to be a branch of ***************** Bank, but I cannot contact them.

      I'm not able to access my account anymore because the bank is shutting down. They have terminated my rights to withdrawal the money I had on my card which were my last 2 direct deposits from work. I need my money back. This is not fair. They are stealing.

      This bank sent me an email on August 9, 2022, saying that my bank account will close on November 10, 2022. On August 10, 2022, my bank was closed at 5:01 PM falsely saying some kind of activity going on on the account. I called them no answer emailed them and they reassured me my account was closed I got paid on August 12, 2022, and the funds went into the account. Can't speak with anyone about my money.

      I signed up for an Cheese debit card over a year ago. I recently assigned for my check to be deposited into my Cheese debit card account. I reached out to customer service and was asked what was the name of my employer and the amount of the my payroll. I then received my direct deposit shortly after. I then checked went to sign onto the application and it appears that my account has been Suspended without further notice. In the message on the application it stated that I was sent an email that I NEVER received. I am now out of my funds and no contact information from the merchant.

      I opened an account with Cheese bank...I requested to close my account twice. I was instructed to transfer my money back into the linked account that I funded the account with. I did as instructed and not long after I transferred money back into another account they transferred my money back into the account I requested to close. I want my $50.00 back without further frustration, negligence from this bank

      I decided to get my tax refund of $**** sent to this card because I had been using it and loved it. Received tax refund and was instantly locked out of my account. When I entered my information it was as if I was making a new account and my codes didn't work. Contacted support with 0 luck so far. Read reviews and I'm now regretting it.
