I opened an account with ********** (whose banking services are provided by **** on ****** via my friend's referral. Cheese advertised referral bonuses for both referrer and referee: $2 for signup, $45 for ******** & $23 for spending $5+. Both my referrer and I received the signup bonus as advertised. On ****** at ****** PST I received an email from Cheese that stated they were ending the referral program effective 1/7/XX X:XXPM PST. The email stated "All eligible referrals completed before *** PST ******** will still receive referral bonuses." As I had opened my account (and thus the referral was "completed") before this deadline, I assumed I would receive the remaining bonuses. My Cheese app showed the associated bonuses next their corresponding actions. I made two $5+ purchases on the debit card on ******* but did not receive the *** bonus. I funded my account with $50 on ******* and both my referral and I received the *** bonus. I contacted to Cheese on ******** They said "Any transactions after promotion period ends on 1/7/XXXX XPM PST will not qualified for the purchase ******** Asking for clarification, they replied by restating the same email that was sent on **** I asked for further clarification, but they only stated that the email was an extension to the original program terms. I feel that Cheese offered a bait-and-switch; they pulled the promotion with only 1 minute's notice after advertising generous bonus offers to entice me to open an account. Additionally, the email did not state that existing accounts would no longer receive the bonuses, only that referrals had to be made before then. It did not say anything about the tasks. Since I received the deposit bonus that shows that Cheese was still honoring the bonuses for accounts opened before that date. As I have completed the requirements for the *** spend bonus and my account was opened before the changed program deadline, I feel that both my referrer and I should receive the advertised bonus. Thank you

I opened an account on 1/6/22 via my friend's referral link. Asking for clarification, they replied by restating the same email that was sent on 1/7. I received an email that I had opened an account with Cheese. I have not ever opened an account with this company. this is clearly identity ****** I have tried to reach out to the company and NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALL. I have sent three ****** that have not been responded to and due to the fact that identity theft is involved time is of the essence. This is extremely poor and the company has offered zero phone calls, zero help, and continues to ignore that this is identity theftI am very concerned that I cannot get help. I also found out that you do not need identification to open an account with this company, which means anyone can be the victim of this "company". I am requesting immediate assistance.

This so called bank, Cheese has done nothing but lie and pull very shady behavior since day one. They promised my *** payments 2 days early and when a payment is scheduled for the third of the month and it falls on a Monday you are paid the prior Thursday. Today is Thursday so I should have received my payment yesterday. They acknowledged that the transfer was made by the government and still have not released my money. Furthermore, they promise 24/7 support but that is a lie and I even have email proof of their representative saying that the phone number they provide actually does not work. They are a fraudulent company and I would like my money ASAP as well as for the ** to investigate how they even obtained a license to do banking in the first place.

On 09/30/2021, I sent some money to my fiance via ***** for the amount of $240. The transaction was not successful due to the fact that his bank website was down and that the funds will be returned to my account within 3 to 5 business days. It has been 6 business days and now Cheese is telling me that they do not see a refund on my account. They offered to dispute the transaction but I have to wait up to 45 days... I've already waited long enough. I have bills to pay and do not have the extra money like that.
