      Between 11/17/22 and 11/29/22 I made multiple purchases through the Gocashback.com shopping portal. This is a portal that allows you to get cashback on online purchases. I made a number of significant purchases that amounted to $262.50 in cashback. This all tracked correctly on the website but it still hasnt gone payable. On April 10, 2023 I reached out to their support and received a response they were still waiting on payment from the vendor and to be patient. I reach out to them a month later in May and received no response. I reached again in late May and to date havent received a response. My ask of Gocashback is to issue a payment to me in the amount of the $262.50 they owe me. It is unfortunate I have to use the BBB but they will not respond to my inquires. My account name with them is mct14331 and my email address with them is *******************

      We apologize for this inconvenience, we would like to set proper expectations and clarifications that we from GoCashBack only collect commissions out from the orders made using our order portal that qualifies cashback. 

      All of the data that we have here are merchant provided and they do have different speed of checking and reviewing orders online. Once review is done, a data will be forwarded to ** and we post this with the users account and we wait for them to pay us the cashback amount qualified for each order. In your case, the cashback were pending and we already made a follow up for this to the merchant to pay the cashback of those orders that has qualifying cashback to add this in your account. 

      We make sure that we respond to all of the emails we get from our users, your email was answered within 24 hours after receiving this in the system

      I hope this explains everything about your concern, we are doing our best to resolve each problem we encountered for our users. a follow up will be given to them again about this.

      Gocashback had an advert for *****. The requirements were to sign up for an account and complete one trade. I signed up on 11/4 and completed the trade within a week. There was no tracking from Gocashback for my click so I opened in total of 3 tickets. After the last ticket was denied even though all required proofs were uploaded. They deleted the history from my clicks, implying that I never visited Etoro at all. I demand my $120 cash back as advertised.

      I opened an ***** account using a gocashback ***************************************************** I opened the account on 11/5 (account name ***************), deposited $2000 (11/8) and made the required trade (11/21). I emailed cogashback and have not received any response back.

You did not respond to the email with the instruction of how you can do it in order for us to submit an appeal.       I opened up an ***** account using this referral bonus-**************************************** The account was opened on 11/5, funded on 11/8 and a trade made 11/21. The $120 has not posted to my gocashback account.

I previously forwarded all the proof of the account opening and the single trade. We need to have the screenshot of the email that they received for us to make an appeal and have ***** check this picture for verification that the order was made using our portal and that this can be added to their account.       Yes $200 is my concern I am a current customer of the go2 bank and the reason for this complaint being found and also the reason for me taking action is cuz it's been over a month and they had didn't investigation because my card was stolen of course I was telling the truth and the people whoever you know claim that department they work for what she was told me it was the back office seen favor in me and credit me back $127.35 now in regards if everything of me doing in the fact of me having to retrieve or you know be able to fully access and do what I need to do to get my life back on track ever since you know the disturbance of somebody stealing from me now the bank is stealing for me now they will not sit here and actually release my money I have no numerous numerous of recordings between me and that bank that is showing and stating how much they don't care and then not only that I have been ****** it I have been ******* due to my name and my sexual origin I don't feel like that's right honestly I need for something to get resolved today I doubt if that'll be possible just to see that your timing has closed at 4:00 status this is my first time being able or actually taking action and part of contacting all on something I pray that this all works out for the best cuz I'm so tired of waiting for my money I've also am tired of sitting here not being able to do things that I want to do or need to do with my money and then all that I don't feel like it's right that the only thing they love to tell me is two or three days in a review it it's been approximately over 30 days and then besides my recordings I do have physical and character Witnesses so I can take this either or but I rather have it to be resolved in the most painless and lightning of matter thank you and have a great day the only thing that I really want is the release of my money.
