    As of 01/24/2024 ... I'm just not satisfied with them at all. NO ONE seems to accept their insurance despite what their website or their customer service reps say. I've spent hours contacting Dr's offices that are supposed to be in network, only to be told they aren't. Calling the customer service line does no better... they are obviously going off the same database that they provided to me in order to find in-network doctors. This just seems to be a money pit, there is no reason for them to be getting paid when nobody accepts the insurance. I'd be better off just going as an uninsured patient and paying cash. I'm wondering if they are actually a legit insurance company. Again, no one seems to accept them as in-network, regardless of what the service reps say or the database that they gave me to look up in-network doctors. One doctor that was listed as in-network AND receiving new patients had not been at the practice for 6 YEARS! Multiple others have relocated to other areas or even retired altogether.

    I've been with imperial for over two years now I am a 20 year cardiac patient with congestive heart failure who had three cardiac occurrences within the past five years.Please take this must be the most complicated insurance.Customer service is very unresponsive. It is tedious and hectic, trying to get appeals grievances referrals.They have a select, choice of departments With non-skilled very unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest employees.Presently, as I compose this review, I will be seeking out a new insurance health plan HMO.The *** med impact is third-party pharmacy vendor for Imperial health plan and a specific person by the name of **** is very crooked.He is the master puppeteer for his many colleagues of marionette below him within this department.2 to 3 weeks transpired after I was discharged with my fourth cardiac arrest occurrence, cardiac specialist and my physician of ************************************************************************************************************************************** while placing me on either Ozempic or Wegovy.**** told me that they cannot just disperse it for anyone and he used pharmaceutical terminology. However, this individual took it upon himself and did a lot of questionable things. He also stated I'd be a better candidate for the Wegovy in Which my longtime physician had already stated this would be for my benefit and recommended and prescribed it at a small dose to monitor me over a few months since it stated it reduces cardiac occurrences Every attempt to appeal and every authorization he (****- Imperial health, the *** Med Impact) intercepted And he personally deemed and denied.He called me personally to tell me that my prescription Had been approved for a second medication that my physician knew I well fit the criteria.I am seeking out the help of my long time, medical staff and family members regarding this situation Please take heed I did not regarding this healthcare company
