I paid $.95 for one time. Unknowingly this signed me up for a monthly charge that they never made clear. I have now been charged for four months. I paid through ****** so no initial receipt nor document re recurring charges. Now, after complaining, they only want to refund me for a small portion of the $120 I am out of pocket. Its a despicable way to do business.Spokeo, Inc.

Since all ********************** subscriptions automatically renew to prevent service interruption, trials that were left unchanged, were charged on the service's renewal date. Furthermore, cancelling your service only disables your subscription from renewing and does not offer a refund. Since all Spokeo services are prepaid, your service will last the duration of the period purchased. I apologize if this was unclear.
I can confirm that this subscription has already been disabled back on March 12, 2025. This discontinues all future charges for Spokeo.
Upon reviewing your account, I see that this matter has already been handled and fully addressed by a Spokeo ************* agent back on March 14, 2025.

This is definitely a scam. I was told it was going to only be $0.95 and ended up being charged $30 a week later. Nowhere did it say that ** have to pay that. I filed a dispute over 48 hours ago and we are still waiting on a response from spokeo. I want my money back.Spokeo, Inc.

This company started charging me a membership fee without my permission. Very criminal and deceptive. I work in the medical field and see people perform and help others daily. Then you have people like this, who spend their time trying to take $30 dollars from someone. Parasites.Spokeo, Inc.

Spokeo is not an upfront company. They trick you into paying for what appears to be a complete background check...no disclaimer that court revords are NOT included. I advised consumers to beware!Spokeo, Inc.

Spokeo is crooked as h*** Did a 75 cent search and never agreed to a subscription .Once I complained , they refunded me 11 dollars of a 29 dollar charge and saId thats all they would refund .Do not use this company as they are a sham .Spokeo, Inc.

This site charged my card an additional $19.95 when I only purchased the $1.95. Now I have to cancel my card and dispute the transaction because they refuse to refund me my money back.
