    I cancelled my ********* service in ******** ***** Dewey forgot to cancel the automated payment so a payment of $80 was taken out of my checking account. I called immediately and they said they would issue me a refund. We are now in the end of *** and I have called several times and each time they have been incredibly **** and said it needs to go through several channels of corporate and that I will get my refund when I get my refund. Incredibly **** and I want MY money back immediately. It was ****** mistake so I should have gotten my refund immediately. NOT HAPPY!

    ***** has been servicing my home since a very long time. I have been paying *** every month non stop. I found rats inside my house, I discovered that the representative was not servicing my home properly, I called several other companies who gave me reports that my attic is a huge mess and there is ********** every where and the rats have caused serious damage that resulted in eating the insulation. When I confronted the supervisor, names ****, all what he can say that it must be my fault, that I must have left a door opened. Didn't take any responsibility or even apologized. I have reports and pictures that supports my claim. Now they keep harassing me to pay them for a service that was not rendered when they should be the ones ************ I finally got another company that found so many openings that the ***** representative never mentioned to me. I had to pay for fixing the problem that ******** from ***** *********** my *****

    I am and have been on auto pay for many years with dewey at my current address as well as old addresses. Dewey messed up and applied part of my auto pay to an old account that should not have had a balance. From that point on dewey would state that I was behind in my payments. Somehow even when I would make extra payments they would still show me behind. I have talked to them several times with the most recent one being a little over a month ago. They had stated they would fix the issue and get back to me only for them to tell me once again this month I was behind. I requested to close my account due to these problems which they cared less about and they ended up charging me what I was supposedly behind which isnt accurate

This is not how we have stayed in business for 93 years and grown to one of the largest family-owned pest control businesses in California. The cancellation is being finalized, and we offered to have a technician come out this month and give one more full service at No Charge to the customer, as an apology for his frustration. Unfortunately the amount that was charged was to cover a past due amount for service which was rendered previously. If the customer would like to review the details of the services we would be glad to acknowledge his request. The amount was only past due due to your error in charging my auto pay to my old account after I moved my service. Terrible business. I spoke to several people several times every time someone telling me they would resolve the issue and never did.
