      Sales rep and the LifeSource website states the system I purchased should provide both clean water and prevent scale build up; it does not. We met with your sales rep and based on his recommendations we purchased a LifeSource (two tank) scale solver system. Both the website and rep conveyed that this LifeSource system should provide both clean water and prevent scale build up, Unfortunately, it has done neither for us. Shortly after the system was installed we had problems with scale build up. Our shower cartridges, sinks, and basins all have scale build up, within weeks of installation. Water spots are on all glass showers. They require not only squeegeeing but additional towel drying at each showering and still doesn't prevent mineral deposits from sticking. All faucet aerators are requiring scale build up to be cleaned out on a routine basis. I have tried to work with Lifesource to resolve these issues. There have been many phone calls and emails. The only solution they have advised is that I completely empty my hot water tank (which I have done) and to use a product on the dishwasher which I have to purchase separately. I have been patient, I have cooperated with multiple things during this time that I was asked to do and try to make the system work. The system is not what was conveyed and I do not want this to continue or have the can kicked further down the road. I am requesting a full refund and removal of the system as soon as possible.

      We had a LifeSource water filtration installed in our home. From the get go we noticed black flecks in our water. We had our water company come out to investigate if it was a city wide water issue or the filtration system. Their findings found it was the filtration system. I contacted the company and by the time we received a response back it had already been 4 weeks since the install happened. They said oh those specks should go away after two weeks not knowing it had already been 4. I asked for proper resolution as we spent $** on a water filtration system to filter everything out of our water, we didn't want black flecks in it. They assured me the flecks are safe, still don't want them in my water, We wanted clean water. They came to swap out the systems and give us a new one. After the new one was installed we STILL had black specks and I am once again told give it two weeks. That's two weeks, assuming it works, of dirty water. On top of the flecks that water now smells differently

She is difficult to get ahold of. We tried to remove Friday 10/29 but she was not home. We called 11/1 and 11/2 to schedule. We are waiting for a reply. Regardless, she has been fully reimbursed.

      All other 8 complaints are true and applicable to mine. We too have been conned by the salesman and this unity has impaired our livelihood by false claims, poor servicer and defective design and product. Repairs, replacing guts of the system, negative impacts on the water quality and pressure has been affecting us for along time. I have called, emailed and written to the company, its staff, and management for cure and fix but to no avail. They deny it all and want me to spend another $10K for a new system. I need this company to remove the system and refund us.

His system is 16 years old and is warrantied for 10 years. We have had our Service Manager, our VP of Sales, and our top Sales Rep speak with him. He called them names, told them to shut up and berated them. He is asking for a refund on a system that is 6 years out of warranty. The response is full of irrelevant statements. *** alone has 8 other similar complaints on the same issues. The product is defective by design. Read other *** complaints. The system was never installed in correct way and as the result we have 130% more water usage every month according to trending records of the city. They have and still contuoe to make false statement and misleading information. One of which is this system does not need any maintenance/repair which is a federal offense. The statements was totally overhauled recently. Another indication of flawed design and product. They don't get to choose to decide whether the claim is valid or not. A judge will if they don't remedy this. P.S. Adherence to professional code of conduct is given and expected no matter how unprofessional the staff haven been conducting. Nothing lasts forever. It is 6 years out of warranty. We have been in business since 1984 and have over 60,000 customers. This is an amazing track record if there are only 8 other *** complaints. This unit remained health hazard. I se t a demand letter to **** as well. This unit has a serious impact on reducing water pressure, waisting washing cycle water, and not filtering anything.

      Water pressure needs to be fixed. I started noticing that my grass was dying and it turns out they hooked up the system with the outdoor water as well. So the system is unnecessarily filtering our outdoor water and the water pressure is too weak and doesn't allow our sprinkler to have the same range it had before. I requested for them to fix it. They sent someone out to do some tests and he was just talking about how hot it was and that my system works fine. I should decrease the amount of sprinklers I have. I tried to insist that it was fine, but he did some test saying that there's nothing he could do. The water has to pass through the system and the long piping might be the problem even though I requested to put the system where it would be most optimal.

Orange County, CA 307 friends 91 reviews 35 photos 7/29/2021 Updated review I called and emailed multiple times to get a resolution for my water pressure problem especially for my irrigation lines. I wrote these Yelp reviews in response to getting no response. Coincidentally, LifeSource Water has since been extremely helpful. ***, who seems to be a more senior employee really made it a point to take care of me. I was pretty upset, but he was very professional and kind. He addressed all my concerns. Reimbursed me for the additional piping I begrudgingly paid for and offered to have some of his best guys come out to evaluate our installation. ******* and **** came out and helped identify each issue and walked me through the different steps to show the integrity of the system. They removed the AquaPure filter and even manually bypassed the system with built in piping directly. I don't know exactly what they did, but the irrigation water pressure has improved but reinstalling things properly seems to have done the trick. The extra piping is a tradeoff of diluted water pressure that I need and I'll have to work with my gardener to reroute the city water directly to the irrigation lines. I can say that today I'm a happy customer, but my initial contact started in late April. My install concluded in June and it took 1.5 months to reach this conclusion so it's a bit longer than I could hope, but all in all I'm very thankful that ***, ******* and team were able to put in many hours and help resolve my issues.
