I sent the following emails to Traina Home Grown starting on April 8th 2022 regarding their dried peaches product I purchased the same day. The peaches were filled with mold which I only discovered after ingesting. Despite additional attempts to communicate this serious health issue via their website - I have received zero reply from the company. As I wrote via their website's contact form, I have had mold allergies since childhood leading to vomiting and sometimes severe anaphylaxis. I had symptoms immediately following the moldy peaches and still do not feel back to normal. I need help from the company to actually determine what I ingested and the potential long term risks that this may pose. I also need compensation from the company.Hi Traina Home Grown,I purchased a bag of your dried peaches from my local ****** and ate a few on my drive home. This was my first time purchasing your product. As I ate I noticed a terrible smell that came close to moldy laundry coming from the bag...then when I looked into the bag I saw white mold covering one of the peaches! Since inhaling the mold and eating the peaches I have felt very sick with tightness in my chest. I am hoping the symptoms resolve but I do have a mold allergy and needless to say - I am very concerned. The package was sealed when purchased this evening. The date on the package states 9/2022 ... today is 4/2022. The last thing I thought was that I was going to be eating rotting food! I am reaching out to report the issue to you as it is a serious health and safety matter.
