      Since 10/10/2025 my car has been in the dealer for 5 or 6 times at least, do to a shut down completely, my car is a *** **** 2022 y purchased brand new, the dealer service said they cant find whats going on with my car they keep my car the from 7 to 10 days each time my car has been there, on the begging they make paid for services they think my car may need it to fix the issue, but nothing works the car still shut down every time I drive long distance more then 100 miles, however I open a case with *** hot line on November/2024 this is the case number ********! Since then I have called couple times to let them know that they dont fix my car because they can find whats going on! I spoken to 2 lawyers but they dont want to take my case even they said I have a lemon but the problem is that I put so much milles ****** and they said in court the only gonna offer me 20% out of the ******* miles warranty that I have and they not gonna make enough money for them !I dont care about money all I want is them to fix my car I work as a DoorDash delivery driver and this is why I have so much miles on it!I still own $26,000 dollars to the *** finance and I dont know what to do to make them fixed!Please help me Im 57 year old and Im all alone here !

      Perris Valley Kia told me I can drop off my car to them to get it checked and fixed for transmission issues under my warranty. I dropped it off on Friday September 20, 2024. The service department was closed so they took my name down and wrote on a paper my reason for dropping it off. Which was transmission. I called back on Thursday and ****** the Technician told me that he would put me in a rental due to it not being fixed yet. Just for him to then tell me the car is ready and can be picked up Friday September 27th, 2024. I went in on that Friday to pick up my car and of course they wrote that my complaint was about my car not going in reverse and nothing about concerns of my transmission. As Im talking to him trying to ask why wasnt my transmission looked at after Ive repeatedly told them thats my issue. He kept talking to me as if I was dumb and never said anything about a transmission. The calls are recorded so there is plenty of proof Ive mentioned my transmission issues. He tells me well we did everything so if theres more issues just bring it back. I drive my car home and its doing ALL the exact same things I brought it in for. Car still not going into reverse and my car wont drive properly DUE TO THE TRANSMISSION. I feel blatantly discriminated against due to me being a young black female . Im disgusted with *** with how they treated me. When I called back to tell ****** the issues are still occurring and I need that rental he promised. He said no Im not giving you a rental and we need time to figure out what the issue is. WHICH HE JUST TOLD ME THERE WAS NO ISSUE. They had my car for a week with no rental and I couldnt work. Being treated in such way is so tacky and unbelievable that they would just not listen to me about my car. I paid for a diagnostic before taking it to them and a PROFESSIONAL mechanic wasnt able to find the reason is sad.

      Complete lack of customer service. Phone calls not answered. Attempted calls or contact through use of their online form for service department result in multiple sales and marketing attempts by the sales department from multiple people including the general sales manager. Told by sales manager he would handle my situation and have service department contact me. Still no contact. I was only trying to make an appointment, which has been impossible to do either by phone or online, to have an theft deterrent installation done by *** at no charge as a recall which has a time limit on it thereby perhaps allowing recall to expire. The people I have spoke with have refused to provide me with contact for the dealership owner and has refused to transfer my calls to the dealership manager. I was actually told by the sales manager that the online form, even if the category chosen for contact is for service, generates auto responses from the sales department and are used as sales leads. It appears that making sales of new cars is far more important to them than taking care of the cars they sale after the sale. Simply look up reviews all over the Internet to verify this. Service seems to be non existent in any kind of manner that could be deemed reasonable much less satisfactory

       I am rejecting this response because: Perris Valley Hemet is not provided a comp0lete response to the complaint in that there is a reason why I will not longer be using this company. They only responded after complaining to BBB and others manager had service department contact me which they did through email with a price quote for the factory scheduled services recommended  but included a cross sell attempt of service saying it was recommended when in fact their website as well as the factory ***** manuals does not state is required or recommended at all. This companies policies are to sell sell sell only whether a cusotmer requires service or not. Calls to service department originally resulted in nothing more that sales pitches for a new car and services that are not required. This has also been reported to CA ***************** as well as others. This company's practices should be investigated to the fullest extent of the law

      I was having engine problems on my Kia **** and I went to the dealership to get fixed. Once at the dealer they told me about engine warranty but I had to replace other things like the radiator, do a coolant flush, brake flush, and replace a fell belts and that it needed to be done due to the engine being replaced. Me not knowing any better I paid for it all. I am now having braking issues. 3 instances I have almost crash due to breaks failing. One instance my wife was driving at normal speed and at time of braking the brakes failed and I had to veer off to the side of the road. Other two time I have almost slammed into stop vehicles at the light. I need this car for work and in fear of my life driving this car. I have gone to the dealer several times and sense they cant dublicate the issues they say there is nothing wrong with it. They tell me there is nothing they can do. I believe that if I had these problems going into the dealership and continue to have these problems I would understand but since I didnt have any braking issues or radiator issues or belt isssues I should have replace them, paid for them, or be experiencing those problems. Please help me

      Service manager talked to customer and request customer to bring vehicle back in customer refused at this time. Customer approved all recommendations to his vehicle and none but 1 had some relation with the brake system. Customer is having a different concern on vehicle that has nothing to do with the repairs performed on repair order ********.

      *** of Perris had my car for well over 2.5 months?!! THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ON MY CAR ONLY WANTED MONEY AND NO PROBLEMS OR RECALLS WERE EVER PERFORMED, THEN I SAY SOMETHING I WAS THREATENED WITH THEM PUTTING A LIEN ON MY CAR FOR STORAGE FEES AND AFTER ALL SAID NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING WAS DONE AND THAT WHOLE TIME I NEVER EVER WAS OFFERED A LOANER OR RENTAL SHAME ON YOU *** I LOST MY JOB BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T DO YOUR JOB!!! THEN I TOWED MY CAR HOME AFTER THEY CLAIMED IT WAS GONNA COST $7200 TO FIX MY CAR I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH CARS I OUT OF EVERYONE MANAGED TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM ALMOST INSTANTLY EITHER THEY STOLE ********* MY CAR (WHICH THEY NEED TO REPLACE) OR THEY REALLY DIDN'T DO NOT A **** THING TO MY CAR LIKE AT ALL IN ALL THOSE MONTHS COSTING ME ALOT OF MONEY AND WASTED TIME !! They really need be held accountable for this. This was not ok to be treated so poorly and taken advantage of.

      There is no refund to provide for this customer since we did not charge them anything. We waived the $475.00 diagnostic fees. Customer got there vehicle towed out of the dealership with no work performed. Vehicle was here for so long due to customer wanting to provide her own battery and every time she brought one it was either bad or faulty.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      The battery was never the issue as *** never performed any kind of diagnostic on my vehicle otherwise they would of knew the battery was actually a good battery each and every time I bought one down there. They couldn't and never installed the batteries correctly and it they would of performed a diagnostic on my vehicle like they claim for $475 then the would of seen the actual problem and since they didn't I believe they are the reason there was theft on my car parts there in retaliation for them not installing it right because my Ignition relays and my DTC relays are all missing!! I have 6 fuses and relays that are missing how can a business claim to perform a diagnostic on my vehicle and blame a battery is the problem if my car wouldn't start because of these missing parts????

      I had my car towed to the dealership at their request because it broke down on the freeway and *** honored an engine recall warranty that caused the problem. They then charged me $1484.58 for all the connections to the new engine claiming that if I didn't get the new parts, they would not honor a future warranty on the engine. My car was always maintained and serviced through this dealership and up to date on all its maintenance. It had ***** miles on it but was like a brand new car. I kept it in tip top shape so nothing was wrong with the vehicle before this issue. Since paying for this, I have spoke with 3 other people that I know that had the same failure and repairs. They informed me that they also had all the connections replaced but they did NOT have to pay for them. Now I am reading that there are several lawsuits stemming from this issue...and I believe I am entitled to a refund of the charges I paid. These 'connections' worked fine before the engine blew and since this was part of a recall...ALL the parts involved should had been covered by *** and obviously other *** dealerships have covered these expenses! I was taken advantage of and don't know what to do about it. Please advise. Thanks.

      I took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Perris Valley dodge on 9/26/2023 to have the service air suspension light checked. My jeep sat there for 2 weeks untouched. We spoke with ******* several times and he said when we first brought it in, it was a perfect time as they weren't busy. Meanwhile we were in a rental car, that I ended up paying $647.00 for 2 weeks of rental, while my jeep sat there. They didn't do anything until I started to complain. Spoke with the service manager, he tried to push me off to Jeep Corporate. I told that not their issue its yours. Then today I spoke with the General Manager and he told me he didn't think 2 week of my jeep sitting there untouched was unreasonable. I want reimbursement on the rental car. Really un happy with Perris Valley Chrysler Dodge jeep **** I also asked fort he district manager name and number. ***** the Gm refused to give me his number and only gave his name. When I picked up my Jeep 2 weeks later it went in clean and came back to me dirty with some type of rough overspray on it which took a couple of washes to get it clean again. Please look into this. As of November 03, 2023, we resolved an agreement with ***************************** by approving a reimbursement amount for his car rental expenses that he had to pay while his vehicle was getting serviced at our facility. Customer was notified that his check shall be signed and ready for pick up on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Customer has agreed to pick up the reimbursement check once he is done from work.       Date April 24,2023 I brought my vehicle In for repair. I have a 2014 Kia that I towed to the dealership for repairs after the technician inspected my vehicle he stated that the catalytic converter needs to be replaced which would cost over $2100 for repairs I spoke to Kia consumer affairs corporate office and I was advised that it is a recall and would be replaced at no charge and whatever else was damaged due to the catalytic converter would also be replaced or repaired at no cost . My car has been there for over a week and per ****** the Regional manager said I have to pay for the repairs because there is no code for engine damage which on the letter provided from corporate it doesn’t state that a code is required

      Customer believed this repair should have been covered by a warranty recall. Unfortunately the symptoms she was having did not fall within KMA warranty guidelines. If customer has any other questions or believes this should have been covered by the manufacture she has to pursue Kia's consumer affairs. Customer has the information for there office. The dealership does not have the approval decision hen it comes to manufacture warranty.

      I took my car in last year to get an alignment and an oil change from Perris Valley Kia, I was also told her the time that I need a new tires do the alignment being so bad, I purchased everything. I noticed immediately the car was still swerving to the l right and I took the car back 4 times to perris valley Kia and the service manager ***** then said he "drove it around" and it was fine, however, the business admitted that they never put the car on the alignment rack that they only drove it around. I continued to voice my complaint and asked him to please put the car and check it correctly, as I almost got into an accident due to the car veering off the road. I've been contacted the business of automotive repair and told them about what happened, they got in contact with the service manager ***** and let him know to fix the car or refund me, neither has happened and ***** refuses to answer my multiple calls or texts. I have asked many times for them to fix what I paid for on this car but they refuse and just continue to scam women. My car now has wires showing on the six month old tires due to the horrible alignment that keeps getting worse. I bought this car from this dealer I have done nothing but take it there for service in good faith, hoping that my car would come out safe, not worse than it was before I need. My alignment looked at and fixed immediately before this problem gets any worse. Now I'm already down two tires, which I also need replaced now.

      Service manager has called and returned customers phone calls several times. Customer has been left several voicemails to come to the dealership and refund will be processed. Until this day the customer has not came to receive refund. Service manager tried calling customer today 5/3/23 1:55 pm ###-###-#### no answer and left voicemail. The voicemail stated to call back manager. This has been the ongoing issue since this claim started. Customer was asked to return to the dealership and get a refund and she has not done this. Can you please let the customer know to come into the dealership to get a refund, best days are Mondays- Fridays from 8:0 am to 4:00 pm. Thanks for your time.
