    Current Issues with Enphase and Pacific Energy StrategiesSeveral months ago, I noticed that my electric bill had increased from $35 to $150 per month. I contacted Enphase to report this issue, and they recommended replacing the inverters on my solar panels. I agreed, and they sent me 18 new inverters at a cost of $3,403.87.I hired *****, the owner of Pacific Energy **************, to install the inverters. His technician came over on a Saturday and replaced all 18 inverters.Unfortunately, since the new inverters were installed, my electricity costs have risen even further. Over the past three months, my monthly electric bill has been between $200 and $250a significant increase from before.I have tried contacting Enphase and spoke to ***** ****** multiple times to resolve this issue, but she is no longer responding to my calls. Additionally, I reached out to ***** at Pacific Energy Strategies to explain the problem, but he claims that all my solar panels are working and refuses to provide further assistance.Request for InvestigationI would like to formally report the poor performance and lack of accountability from both Enphase and Pacific Energy Strategies. I feel these companies have acted unjustly and have caused me significant financial hardship. I request that the Better Business Bureau investigate these two companies to address the following:1. Why my electricity costs have risen significantly after replacing the inverters.2. Why neither company is willing to take responsibility or provide further assistance.3. Whether Enphase or Pacific Energy Strategies violated any consumer protection or service standards.

    Worst customer service ever! I had an issue and of course the *** on the line said I had to email. So I email only to get an email back saying there is no issue, see info below, with no one to respond or talk to. They hide behind their emails. Didn't even try to find out what my issue was. Immediately just cut me off and said everything is fine. I have never dealt with a company with such horrible customer service. I don't know how they stay in business.

    Awful, awful, awful! Such a nightmare! Firstly my installer went bankrupt. Then system has failed over 5 times! I have 50 panels and currently only half work. Contacted Enphase mult times and transferred to mult teams. The current company set to service my system is 6 months out! Awful! Zero savings! Tax rebate is a fluke!

    The BBB needs to add a negative star for companies like Enphase Energy. I've spent a week trying to get thought to a customer service representative. Today I chose to wait on hold for help unsated of waiting for a call back. I was forced to wait for a **** to come on-line because Enphase would never return my calls. After 20 minutes or so I had a nice man from ********* answer and he did help with the system.

    This company is horrible. Never solve any issues. I have a warranty for the battery and the battery has been operated very badly since day one. Over 8 months waiting for the resolution and still has not got any improvement. Avoid purchasing this unprofessional company's battery. Just horrible company.

    Subject: My Enphase Solar System Installation Experience In October 2023, I chose Enphase for a solar system installation, expecting a seamless transition to sustainable energy. However, the journey turned disappointing when, in March 2024, I discovered from Con ****** that my first floor wasn't connected, contrary to the initial assurance. Despite promptly contacting Enphase, who acknowledged the oversight, the resolution process has been frustratingly slow. Months of follow-*** have yielded no progress, leaving me disillusioned with Enphase's service. This experience has significantly dampened my enthusiasm for what should have been a positive step towards energy efficiency.

    ****************************** - are you able to help us get some customer support and service? We have called multiple times, waited for hours and did not get any help. We also asked for a callback at least twice and did not receive a callback! Our panels have not been working for several months and we are having to pay ************** for energy that should be produced by our solar panels.Show trimmed content

    As many others reviews that I have seen below are very similar. February 10th until May 1st we did not have any solar service or which we were never alerted and caused for our electricity bill to be insanely high. When reached out to Enphase to investigate due to lack of service, we were informed to contact the company who provided the installation since it was turned off and turned on with no explanation whatsoever. Came to find out the phone number listed on the application is no longer in service. After contacting Enphase customer service and many run arounds, ********************** decided to clear their hands and insist this is an issue that I have to handle directly with the installer that I have no way to contact. Enphase does not take responsibility of their product and cleans their hands instead of protecting their clients of these type of incidents. I have been a responsible client making religiously the service payments upon agreement, however, Enphase does not take ANY responsibility of their lack of services. Enphase negligence has caused a financial burden on my family and on these difficult *************** no one should be taken advantage the way this company has done to me and many others is you look at all reviews. When looking for a solar service be very cautious of who you are using, as you can see by many other reviews, Enphase lacks of empathy and services can be turned off and back on with no alert, however, you are responsible of what happens with the solar system and due to contract agreements you are responsible to continue paying them and also the higher electric bills due to their lack of service. Please do not use their services.
