This person, not a friend anymore, uses this kennel for his three dogs. I have a dog named ***** and at the time this friend was nice to pay for my dog (he is weathy) to go as well for some training and to play. I broke my hip and had replacement surgery with no contacts as I went by ambulance. As soon as I got out of the hospital I emailed the kennel asking if he could take ***** another week but no response. I sent a few emails again with no contact. He is very illusive. He makes it clear they do not return phone calls on the voice mail and has a fake address on their website. Also, he picks the dogs up and drops them off people. I went to the fake address in *******, **. I didnt know where the real kennel was to get my dog. What kind of business runs like this? This person, not the friend anymore, instructed the kennel owner to give my dog away. He didnt want to pay for my dog anymore, no one communicated that with me. I want my dog of 6+ years. She is papered to me and chipped, I want my dog back. They both have some nerve to give my property away. I found out, with a lawyers help its in ************, not ******* and a real phone number.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/07/2023

Long story short this person abandoned her dog last January for over three months. She was given two months of notices that
she had abandoned her dog. We called, emailed and texted with no response back. We contacted the emergency number she had provided and they said they also had not heard from the women for three months. The dog was taken to the vet and listed as an abandoned animal. The dog has since been rehomed as of May 2023. We have full records of all emails, phone calls and text messages regarding this matter.
