Pre your request regarding that the sewing Industrial machine model number 255RN - 3 Serial number ******* broke down on us while working on a leather job.We also took the cover of the leather seat we were working on. That cause the machine to stop working so, your technician could understand what cause the problem to the new machine. We waited about three hours for the machine to get repair on July 09, 2021. We did not receive a copy of what repairs were done by your technician on the Consew model 255RB - 3 industrial sewing machine serial number *******. **** then after the repair he also provided a piece of paper stating only settings for different sizes of threats that could be used.On July 13, 2021 the industrial Consew model 255RB-3 sewing machine serial number ******* broke down on me while working on a carpet job this was the second time.I sent an email to ************************* the sale man that sold us the industrial sewing machines.I am a sole proprietorship owner. And I have many deadlines to meet for my customers.
