I bought a 2019 RAM Truck ********************************* the truck would freeze up and reset a lot. I brought it to the dealership while under the 3 year/36000 mile warranty. The service department could not replicate the problem so they did nothing to fix it. I had a video of the problem but they would not accept that. Everytime I brought the truck in for service I would ask if they had any fixes for the computer issue because I figured I was not the only one. The last time I brought the truck in for service the computer reset as I was dropping it off and they saw it happen. They charged me a $250 diagnostic fee and want me to pay for a new computer because I am one month out of warranty. They have tried multiple resets and updates to the computer but the issue is still there.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I have not heard anything from the dealership. I called Friday 5/27 at noon and did not get a return call. Last thing I heard from them was that my unit is not covered on 4/30. See text attached.

The service department is the responsible party to give you a resolution so please call or come in and speak to ***** who is our service director so that he can give you a resolution. He is aware of your situation.
