I went for an oil change on 12/7, the change went smooth and I was handed the receipt after I paid. I go to a friends house and the next day they tell me Im leaking oil. Theres oil in their parking spot and I should check my car. I then go to my car move it and theirs a big oil puddle under it. So Monday I take my car back to oil changers and theirs manager wasnt in so I had to come the next day according to the staff that was there. There was nothing they could do. I did return the next day and the manager ***** tells me wear and tear cause them to strip the oil pan and therefore its leaking oil. He said they dont fix that and I need to take it to a mechanic. But he did say he would seal it up as a temporary fix so the oil dont leak out. So I call my car warranty, Route 66, and speak with the mechanic and he said thats not wear and tear. He said They stripped it there at oil changers during that service. Thats the only way that happens. Ive been calling oil changers complaint line and even emailed them pictures sine 12/10 and have not heard back. Ive had to cancel important appointments because I cant drive the car. My dealership said I could have it towed there but min of 740 is quote to replace the oil pan. I am going to have it towed to a cheaper place hopefully because I dont have immediately 750. I need oil changers to help me find a place where they will agree to pay for the damages the did to my car during a routine oil change. And they never even told me while I was there that there was a problem. They put it on the receipt only. To much fast talking from the manager and the lady working there was silent, cause he trying to lye to me. They never even pointed out the note, both of them serviced me that day. Primarily the lady but he conferred with her cause he explained to me their routine with customers. I said thats not how it happened though. You both said nothing to me.. **** thats what happened was his response.

I am writing to report of an extremely poor experience at Oil Changers **************************** (Store 618, Invoice # *******)Had an absolutely horrible experience here today. The metallic skid plate/splash shield in my 2017 ***** Accord got damaged due to improper re-attachment by them after a transmission fluid change. It started scraping on the freeway road after I drove less than 5 miles from their shop. When I took it back, they removed the skid plate but I was shocked that they did NOT take responsibility for something that was obviously an issue caused by their improper re-installation. They were trying to blame me for running over something which I obviously did not. The guy there named ******** was extremely rude! Now I am left to fend for myself and this is leading to 100$+ in spend at my end for damage caused by their negligence.I have also attached a photo for your reference - since the shop refused to fix the issue, I am reaching out here for assistance.

We got an oil change from this location on May 2024. We went back to this location on 07/05/24 to get another oil change. After waiting for almost an hour, we were helped by the manager named ****. We asked him if we could see the filter after its been changed for liability purposes. We do this because we had a bad experience with another location where they did not change the filter after an oil change. The manager got offended and had repeated the word liability after chuckling a few times. We didnt feel comfortable getting our service done after this interaction. We left and went elsewhere to get an oil change.Upon getting our car oil changed by another place, we were informed that oil changers Vallejo had put in a different oil that what was recommended in my vehicle. 5w was put in instead of 0w, though this may be an acceptable substitute, we were never informed that we were going to get a put in a different oil. Who knows how many times theyve done this not only to me but also to other customers. This could potentially be a lawsuit and hoping an investigation takes place.

I have repeatedly requested a receipt for a charge that was posted to our company's **************** account on July 31, 2023. To date (nearly a month later) I still have not received it. I am trying to avoid filing a dispute with ****************, so this complaint is my last resort before doing so. Oil Changers was also supposed to send me a payment link, back in May so that I could make our payments on my own, and also, to date, I have not received it.

I went in for an oil change and they drained my transmission fluid and overfilled my oil and sent me on my way. Luckily when I pulled out my car was not running right and I alerted them to the issue. I found out an unsupervised new person did this. They refilled the fluid and drained my oil and refilled it but when I called to talk to the manger to see if they would make it right, they just told me I got 2 oil changes and a very expensive transmission service for free.I would like a refund of the $90 oil change See highlighted area of service

On December 14th 2022 I went to oil changers in *******, ** to get an oil change Ive gone to this particular site many times before with no issues. On January 30th my car would not start I had it towed to a mechanic his discovery was that the vehicle had no oil in it causing the engine to be blown. With the oil change only being less than a month and a half old theres no way according to the mechanic that the car burned 5 quarts of oil that fast. He concluded that they forgot to put oil in the vehicle. I contacted the owner ****** on Friday February 10th 2023, he said he would get back to me and do some investigation I also provided him the number of the mechanic so he could talk to him himself. I waited a whole week and called oil changers and spoke to ****** again on February 17th 2023, he told me the claim had been sent to corporate and that hes waiting to hear back from them. This whole situation has caused me to have to get a rental car for a week purchase a used vehicle to get to and from work money that I did not have to spend. I still owe on my car and its just sitting in my garage waiting on them to get back to me. Im frustrated and disappointed in this company and all I ask is for the cost to replace the engine which they damaged.

The $89 intake cleaning they sold me blew up my 2014 ********** And they denied it was their fault. Despite another mechanic saying otherwise. So my $130 oil change is costing me $9000 for a replacement motor. Car ran fine. I drive in to Oil Changers for routine oil change. Leave and the car dies completely within an hour. And its just a coincidence? And wheres the proof? I just have to take the regional managers word for it?HARD PASS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY DONT BACK UP THEIR WORK.

Oil changers @ *************************** /********, **. My last oil change was 3/22/22 . I have been going to this business for quite a while. They are indicating on their service check lists that they checked or have been checking my transmission fluid levels. This is completely false because only a dodge dealer can do this which I was never informed of. On 4/3/22 my car broke down as the transmission was completely empty of fluid and had to be towed ********************** ****** and now I have to have the transmission replaced at a cost of *******. . I did speak to the manager and he informed me during the conversation that there was a new kid working on my car and no they arent able to check the transmission fluid level and he made an error in not removing the tick indicating that it was checked. My other receipts also indicate that they checked the fluids before too which is not true. My car is a Dodge Journey.
