I have purchased a used car from We Care Auto. The car was a complete Lemon. When I filed a complaint he renegotiated another car. He kept money that didnt belong to him and he made a commitment, contract with me and he just changed his mind. He charged my credit card and refuses to give me credit towards my balance owed, or take off money for my car payment. He keeps charging me money even though theres no interest charges. The car was and still is in great need of repairs and he charged me for the fees and registration, but the *** is saying those fees were not paid. He is dishonest and he is cheating innocent people for selfish gains. He also sold me a car that was supposed to be smoged but did not have the catalytic converter. The ********************* could testify to this. They spoke to him about it, and he replied that **** **** did it.. please help me get a better resolution, because he is a dangerous person and he has sent someone to my home and they broke into my car. I have a police report. I also was overcharged on my credit card by 500 dollars and he is refusing to return my money.Business Response

Hello ******************************** ******, did not happen , mrs ***** purchased a car from us , AS-IS , and OfCourse the car was smoged before she take it, she came after 3 weeks while the contract she signed does not have cancellation option , but she was not satisfied with the car , so we put her on another car she likes , and she canceled the complain she made , she is making payments on the new car she got , on the last payment she made she said take off 250 for me we do not know why to be honest but we did just to avoid problems , so MRS. ***** have a car now , this car is drivable and she is satisfied with .
about someone broke into the car we did not send anyone i do not know where she get this info from , and she has a police report that is good , someone tried to brake into his vehicle that's does not mean that we care auto did it
we did mrs ***** a favor by returning a car she had for 3 weeks while her contract is AS-IS and does not have any option to cancel , and giving her another vehicle only for her to be satisfied but that is how mrs ***** returning the favor

I am rejecting this response because: The business, We Care Auto , has not even attempted to resolve this issue. I feel that the only reason he took the car back was because he knew that the smog certificate was made fraudulently and illegally.. He knows that if he did not agree to trade the car in, then the possibility of me proving him at fault would be greater with me having the car in my possession. He called and asked me if we could resolve the issue if I'd be willing to retract my complaint. I was in dire need of a car, as I need transportation to work. However, he is in the business of selling cars that are not up to California's safety standards. There were multiple issues with the car, the missing catalytic converter was just 1 issue, as there were 29 safety issues with the car. I only agreed to swap the car, because ******** was not willing to return my money, nor my car that I gave him as a trade in. He has yet to pay the finance company that has a lien on that car, not has he taken the car out of my name. Which I've been paying the insurance on the vehicle since I gave it to him, including tags.He has taken advantage of not only me, but multiple people who just don't understand or know that they have rights to fight "We Care Auto" , and try to get resolution for the crimes that he is committed.
I am asking that he give me the pink slip, plus ***** dollars for partial amount of money that I have had to pay, to keep the car operable, and have the safety issues addressed the best I could.
I am not satisfied with his response and I am begging someone to please take a closer look at the car lot and see that he is dealing illegality and not in fair and safe practices.

4/29/2021 wife purchased vehicle for 4500 with a balance left of 1100. Transfer of ownership was never completed and pink slip never delivered despite We Care Auto LLC claiming to have sent it. After going to the *** personally to get the paperwork sorted out we come to find that there is a lien on the vehicle title. on 02/24/2023 i went to purchase a car * 2013 ******* Genesis * at we care auto the owner of the dealer sold me the car with the engine light on he charged me $800 to transfer the vehicle under my name in which he never did the whole of the car that I was paying the car was still under the previous owners name i paid off the car on 07/12/2024 I never received my pink slip when I went to the dmv to pay the tags the dmv stated there was a lean on the vehicle & when I told him about what they said he stated to me your messing everything up on 08/13/2024 ******* * owner of the dealer * paid $487 to register the vehicle to put it under my name so I myself set up and appointment with valley can to get a smog in which they stated to me the vehicle needs a new engine without that the car will never pass smog . Thank you for reaching out regarding your situation. I understand your frustration about the impoundment of your vehicle. As per the law, driving with a invalid drivers license resulted in the ****** hold placed by the police. We provided him with all necessary documentation to facilitate the release once the hold expired registration too Without any extra charges from the customer , the amount he already financed was including the registration fees so he did not paid it again as he is saying we tried to help as much as we can but due to his due negligence we wouldnt be able to get it from the watch commander after several attempts

I purchased a used vehicle for We Care Auto, it has been less than 30 days and I notified the company immediately the same day that the car didnt have oil nor antifreeze which they in return stated because the car has a new engine. I took the car for a diagnostic test and sent the results to the dealer and they stated the car is good. Two weeks after having the vehicle the a/c clutch went out and 7/19/24 I notified them that the car will not start. On October 23, 2023 I returned the 2010 Audi A4 I just purchased in May 2023 from We Care Auto that stopped running. *************************, the seller, accepted the car back and has It towed to a repair shop off site stating he would repair and return the car to me in good repair. I continued to make payments to his business on the vehicle. When I initially inquired about the status of the repair he stated he would contact me once the repairs were made to pick it up. As of today I have never gotten my car back . This is a terrible business that now has my money and my car. To add salt to injury, I financed the car and was informed by the dealership that upon the last payment they would report all payments to credit bureaus. I bought a car from this place 3 weeks ago. I gave $4000 deposit the next day i went back to the dealer and told them i didnt want the car because the it was leaking oil. They didnt let test drive it. They told me i could pick any other car i wanted. So i saw another car but they want the entire price on that car up front. Which was $2900 more. So i told them to give me a week and ill bring them the rest of the money. A week later i came with the $2900 but i didnt want that car either. I was interested in a ***** tahoe that they had. I asked them how much and they said $15000.00 i went ahead and gave them $2500.00 more but they wouldnt let me take the tahoe until i paid it all in full. So far i gave them $4000.00 from the deposit plus another $2500.00. And i told them i would have more money the next day. Then the next day i came with another $2000.00. I then told him i would come back with the rest of the money in 2 days. 2 days i came with the rest of the money to make a total of $15000.00 but then they said that they made a mistake with the amount that the price of the tahoe was $18900.00. I already gave them a total of $15000.00 and i ask him to forget about it i want all of my money back they then told me they would work with me so i went ahead and paid the the $18900.00 but now they wanted to charge me an extra $5000.00 for finance and taxes which it went up to $24414.00. I paid them the entire money in less then one week so why are they charging me finance. After i finish signing all the documents the guy decided to tell me that the truck needed some work done. I ended up taking the truck. I paid an extra $500 in case i wanted to cancel the contract which was good for 48 hours. i took the truck the next day the transmission went out on me. So i took the truck back to the dealers before the 48 hours expired . i told them to give me all my money back . They said no. This place has alot of poeple with simular problems. I bought and signed the contract 4 days before receiving it, and he told me that I would make sure that everything was perfect. Indeed, after a while, I went and took it without being sure of what he said, just trusting it. It turned out that the car had no back lights or signs. I found myself having an accident on the highway with my brother. I was sent. I do not want the car. But he said, You can fix this, and I will deduct it from the Copts. In fact, he did not deny me the money in any way. Then I found the car with no engine and water leaking inside the cabin. I sent him the videos. He treated me with great racism. Then I filed a complaint with him, so he sent me a complaint to resolve it in a friendly manner. He gave me an appointment, and I went to him and he offered to give me a car. Another one and I agreed, then after that he refused and said you can continue in Squam, I don't care, and now he has been talking to me for two days. He, *******, or ***** openly threaten me and insult me, and when I say I will report it to the police, they say it doesn't matter, we know the law better than you, and we want our money. I want to get rid of them. They are annoying people, and my wife is eight months pregnant. I will not tolerate their pressure, and I do not want their car. 11/15/23 test drove a 2012 Infiniti g37 sedan at we care auto llc in ****** ** 107k miles $12000 priced $2500 down (paid)11/20/23 ******************* for the vehicle and was finally able to drive home next day car wouldn't start all dash warnings came on **** Check engine. Fixed everything personally 12/15/23 I contacted dealer to talk about payment being due 12/15 or 12/20. No response no answer 12/20/23 I was out christmas shopping in Ventura County and doing a side job working on a customers car. Around 12pm i stopped at an auto zone to purchase parts for vehicle . 10 min later I came out to my car being gone. Contacted police **** and only info they gave me was that it was reported as a repo. Note: everything I own including cell phone, tools, all my personal belongings (literally) all new Purchased gifts and tools where in the vehicle. More than $3000 worth of power tools Purchased that day at home depots Called ******** the in house financing/ owner of dealership to make my 1st $500 payment and he was by far the most cruelest , unprofessional, disrespectful business person i have im my whole life encountered. He claimed the financial company repo the car not him, hung up on me(1) I called back and he said I don't deserve the car then hung up(2) called again said I'm not getting car back and he called me hung up again(3) . Refused to talk to me , refused to tell me were my car is. Refused to allow me to make payment kept hanging up on me with really bad attitude. I was left stranded in the rain far from home. Took $150 Uber home 12/21/23 no answering 12/22/23 blocked my phone calls 12/24/23 hung up on me It is now 12/28/23 he refuses to release me my property
