On 9/2/21 I purchased a fridge from Home Depot and was delivered by Temco Logistics to **** ******* **** **** ****** ** *****. AS soon as the crew left it was noticed that the floor had be damaged. I contacted ***** in claims at Temco and was assigned claim # ***************** After receiving the claim # I have made at least 20 phone calls and have sent emails to ***** trying to get the claim approved so the floor can be replaced however she doesn't return phone calls and has either gone home early, on break, out of the office, not at her desk etc. When I was able to speak with her she said her company was offering me **** in compensation and I should just glue the torn piece of flooring back down which I tried however a piece is missing and the the repair I attempted is unsightly and unacceptable. I have sent her two estimates to replace the kitchen vinyl flooring damaged during the fridge delivery since the companies I called said the repair wouldn't have acceptable results. This has been going on for two months and Temco Logistics needs to take responsibility for the floor damaged by their delivery crew. I contacted their corporate office this morning to make them aware of the difficulties I've encountered trying to deal with MIsty however I was transferred to the claims department and again I was told ***** was on the phone with another customer and that she would call me back which se didn't. I would appreciate any assistance possible from "BBB" in resolving this issue Regards, *** ***********Business response

On 9/8/21 I ordered a Frigidaire range from Home Depot. On 9/24/21, Temco Logistics arrived and installed it. They set the oven to 350 degrees for one hour "to burn the chemicals off." Black plastic smelling smoke came out of the top vents for 50 minutes. I became concerned about why this was getting much worse, not better. I opened the door to check. There was a large fire in the oven. I fought the fire (breathing in lungfuls of choking plasticky smoke) and finally got it under control. The kitchen, dining room and living room were filled with smoke. The range is burned and unusable. I immediately reported it to Home Depot. I called them daily and each time they transferred me to someone else in Customer Service. On 9/30/21 Home Depot finally told me to file a claim with their insurer, ********. I immediately filed the claim. ******** referred me to the Temco claims department. Neither Home Depot nor Temco have done anything to resolve this. I have not been able to cook since 9/24.Business response
