      On October 14,2021 I placed an order with softies CO for an eyebrow stamp kit for $24. I placed this order after seeing an ad for this company on Tik Tok which lead me to believe they were a reputable and trustworthy company. It is now February 25th,2022 and have yet to receive my order and the last correspondence I had with the company regarding a refund was back on 12/14/2021 and it was from customer service stating that they didn't have access to cancel my order or issue me a refund . I just want help getting my money back.

      I ordered an eyebrow stamp from the company on 11/27/2021. The company took the amount of $26.22 from my account on 11/27/2022. I have not yet received my product. I emailed the company several times and received responses that the demand was high and they were processing my order. I emailed on January 13th requesting a refund and was told it would be processed. I reached out two more times and the company stopped responding. Now, when I try to go to the website it shows it is no longer there and "Will be back soon".

      I made an online purchase from this company in November. I never received my product so I sent an email requesting a refund. I received a reply that’s request will be forwarded and a refund applied. I never received my refund and sent another follow up email to which I received no reply.

      I purchased this product advertised on tiktok , paid for the product, but i never received and after multiple attempts did not get the product nor a tracking number. I’ve asked for my product several times. This company is fraudulent

      I ordered my wife a eye brow stamp from softies and got a order number and they took the money out and it said that i would get a email with a confirmation number and shipping details when it shipped and i would be able to track my package. So two weeks went by and still no email so my wife emailed them asking about our order and a week went by no response so she sent another and told them we either want our money back or our package that we bought and this time she got a response and they apologized and said they were just back up from a high demand on the product and said our order would be shipped in a couple days. So another week went by and still nothing so my wife sent another email and no response so a couple days after that she sent another email and this time got a response and they apologized and said they would forward my wifes email to the shipping company and that it would be shipped in a couple days well now its been since December 18th and still no email or package and they have completely stopped responding to my wifes emails and i also sent one saying i want my money back and they will not respond to me either.

      I placed an Order on 12/16/2021 Order #22039, We are now in Feb 2022 and I still have not received the product that I ordered. I emailed (****@sofies.co) the company on 12/31/21 , 01/10/2022 and 01/22/2022, along with placing one phone call (no answer, no call back). I have not received a reply to any email. I am looking to have my money refunded as the order was supposed to be shipped Free within 5-12 days.

      Placed my order on 12/1/2021 and never receive my order though my credit card was charged $52.44. I have emailed them countless times and I get the same response checking on the status of your order. I want my money back! They stole from me!

      I purchased the eyebrow stamp from softies on 11/23/2022. I received a confirmation of my order that evening and to this day have not been able to get my money back or my product. I even ordered it two more times and reached out to the company once a week and got nothing back.

      I placed an order for product and never recieved product. I sent several emails at which they told me they would be mailing order. After more than two months of getting same reply I requested refund. They said they would process and since then no refund or response to my emails

      I ordered eyebrow stamp from company in October 20, 2021. Order # *****. I never received the order. I contacted them via email and Facebook messenger. They removed themselves from FB messenger on 12/15/2021 and never responded to my last email 12/20/2021.
